Job Summary
Individuals Skill Providers (ISPs) provide direct Therapeutic Behavioral Health Services to assigned un'ina in a variety of settings. Under the supervision of Youth Services Case Managers and direction of the Youth Services Supervisor and Behavioral Health Clinicians, the ISP provides active individual and group interventions to assigned un'ina with a focus on positive behavior support, to assist un'ina in meeting the goals outlined in their individualized behavioral health treatment plan. Work hours vary depending upon location and need; however, ISPs typically have a regular schedule that is consistent with school days/times. 4.Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established procedures with company policy and state regulations.
5.Greets guests and seats them according to dining preferences.
6.Obtains cash from Main Bank and sets up cash drawer prior to shift (must be ready 10 minutes prior to appointed time).
7.Checks cashier supplies such as register tape and settlement sheets and brown prior to each shift to ensure enough for the shift.
8.Greets each guest upon arrival; receives cash, credit cards, or comps from customers as payment.
9.Ensures accuracy in computing bill on cash register; makes correct change and issues receipt.
10.Closes register at end of each shift to include counting down drawer and completing necessary paper work.
11.Returns cash to the main bank, leaves a copy of shift checkout in the Restaurant Mail Box.
12.Assures assigned section is ready for service prior to opening shift.
13.Ensures quality service standards are followed; uses cost control measures (i.e. napkins, condiments, etc.)
14.Adheres to established policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.
15.Completes all assigned side work prior to leaving shift.
16.Keeps position supervisor informed of relevant activities.
17.Other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY 
The Administrative Assistant/Shipping&amp; Receiving Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments. Their duties include checking incoming shipments against invoices/BOL, keep track of shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing shipments. Check the items in inventory for damages or discrepancies. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
<ul>
<li>Follow IFCO guidelines concerning Drivers/Shipping/Receiving</li>
<li>Follow all procedures/policies/SOP’s involving data entry for Production, Shipments, and Recollections and document controls/retention</li>
<li>Verifies and records all items loaded for shipments</li>
<li>Carefully and accurately maintains shipping records for requested categories including goods returned, damage, and returnable shipments</li>
<li>Maintains database of shipment data to ensure that orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are as required</li>
<li>Notifies supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions</li>
<li>Prepares bills of lading for shipments</li>
<li>Completes information on damage claims for in-transit damage</li>
<li>Performs other clerical duties as needed</li>

QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE

<li>High School diploma required.</li>
<li>1-3 years of experience in general office administration </li>
