Seasonal

City Experiences is seeking a National Tourism Sales Administrator for our business operations.
About You:
This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.
About the Opportunity:
The successful National Tourism Sales Administrator will handle all duties as it relates to the management of all administrative and sales support duties as guided by the National Director of Tourism.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
Sales/Guest Service:
<ul>
<li>Following a client booking, takes the lead on handling all service-related manners within 30 days of cruise date, including adjusting guest counts, requesting payments and working with regional teams to relay any specifics related to dietary constraints, mobility issues or other special requests.</li>
<li>Collaborating with Account Managers to address individual guest's complaints, with a focus on complete resolution and guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>As directed, creates reservations for tourism groups, which are then approved by an account manager or leadership for distribution.</li>
<li>When necessary, work in conjunction with leadership to escalate any Indy guest issues that can't be immediately resolved.</li>
<li>As necessary, processing of gift cards due to unhappy guests or for charitable reasons.</li>
<li>When needed, works with the HCC to contact guests if a cruise is cancelled for any reason.</li>
<li>Works with regional leadership and sales support team to promote and drive the high return of cruise surveys.</li>
</ul>
Group Accounting Support:
<ul>
<li>Oversees all invoicing requirements, including proper tracking and timely submission of invoices received from vendors.</li>
<li>Effectively interacts with the corporate accounting departments, ensuring that guidance is followed as to when invoices needed to be submitted for timely payment.</li>
<li>As requested, transfers payments between orders by using the Account Request process outlined in Salesforce.</li>
<li>Works in conjunction with National Tourism Director to process all refund requests, following guidelines laid out to set appropriate expectations with the guest on resolution time.</li>
<li>Creates an effective accounts receivable system, with the understanding that all payments should be received at the appropriate time before the cruise date.</li>
<li>Regularly audits group payments due, ensuring that no cruise boards without payment in full.</li>
<li>Communicates effectively with national leadership should there be a situation in which full payment is not received before a cruise.</li>
<li>For direct bill and invoiced clients, ensures that all payments are received within the parameters given to the client.</li>
<li>Assists account management team with customizing invoices as necessary for clients.</li>
</ul>
Additional Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Uses technology to track and process donation requests, working alongside regional leadership to set guidance on approval threshold.</li>
<li>Becomes proficient in the Anchor Reservation System and Salesforce CRM system.</li>
<li>Regularly audits group agreements to ensure that account managers are following proper guidance as it relates to charges and costs for all events.</li>
<li>Works in conjunction with regional teams to ensure that any tourism business booked on public dining cruises is suitable based on pre-existing reservations already on the boat.</li>
<li>As necessary, assists the regional team with floor plans, making sure that all mixed groups fit on a particular boat or deck.</li>
<li>Assist with Regional team on ensuring seats on vessels before boarding when needed and greeting groups on pier when needed/requested by Regional team.</li>

Your work environment and the physical aspects of the job

The work environment for this position is that of a typical warehouse and distribution environment where the noise level is usually moderate to loud and occasionally very loud. In this position, the employee regularly works near moving equipment/mechanical parts and could be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, chemical and biological hazards and a risk of electrical shock. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit. You will be regularly required to lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Agricultural Applicator - Class A CDL - work in Billings,MT

The Custom Applicator is responsible for correctly customizing and applying dry fertilizers to our customer's fields and operating all applicator equipment including performing maintenance on the equipment. 
What your day may look like
Seasonal
<ul>
<li> Recommends and applies pesticides and fertilizers by driving and operating various vehicles and equipment.</li>
<li> Maintains accurate log books on applicated acres.</li>
<li> Performs maintenance and calibration on application equipment.</li>
<li> Follows up on weed control in sprayed areas. </li>
<li> Wears proper protection equipment</li>
</ul>
Off-Season
<ul>
<li> Participates in continuing education for maintaining pesticide applicator license.</li>
<li> Attends applicator equipment workshops.</li>
<li> Performs maintenance on other equipment and fixed facilities.</li>
<li> Pulls soil samples</li>
<li> Mixes dry and liquid fertilizer.</li>
<li> Picks up and delivers farm chemicals, fertilizer and seed. </li>
<li> Makes sales calls to customers.</li>
<li> Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.</li>
<li> Reliable and regular attendance is expected.</li>
</ul>
Education and experience needed for this position
<ul>
<li> High school diploma or equivalent is required. </li>
<li> Experience in operating large equipment is required. </li>
<li>CDL A or B is required.</li>
<li>In some states, additional licenses or certifications may be required as per specific contracts.</li>
<li>Must pass a drug test and background check.</li>
</ul>

When working outdoors and possibly around moving equipment/mechanical parts, the employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, chemical and biological hazards, vibrations and a risk of electrical shock. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand, and sit. You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
