POSITION SUMMARY

The Acute Care Services Clinical Director works under the direction and supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer. The Acute Care Director functions as an integral member of the patient care team, responsible for the clinical direction of staff members, quality outcomes, and financial health of the reporting units. The Acute Care Director has the 24/7 responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, policies and procedures, goals of the hospitals and the department and their effect on patient care. This individual serves as the expert, role model and resource to the clinical team and care integrator for patients. The shifts will vary to meet the needs of both nightshift and dayshift staff. The Acute Care Services Director exercises autonomy in performing the assigned responsibilities and functions cooperatively with staff and management to support the mission, vision values and strategic plan of CMC.

PRIMARY (ESSENTIAL) DUTIES

<li>Oversees the development and implementation and assists the Acute Care Manager with staff education and orientation to train and develop effective and efficient staff.</li>

<li>Works with Acute Care Manager and House Administrator to ensure that enough qualified nursing personnel are assigned for each unit/shift to meet the patient’s needs.</li>

<li>Assists in the interview and hiring process and the employee annual evaluation process.</li>

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Education:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in a Nursing or eligible license in the state of Montana required.</li>

<li>ACLS, ONS certification, Healthcare Provider BLS within 3 months of hire.  </li>

Under the general direction of the Director of Medical Imaging, the Radiology Operations Manager leads and manages the operational activities for assigned sections/modalities, locations and support areas within the hospital. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Group Sales Manager's primary function is to expand Sugarbush's year-round Group, Corporate, Conference, Meeting business and other vertical market segments as determined by the Director of Sales. RESPONSIBILITIES:
