The Crisis Clinician 2 for the Community Response Team is a non-law enforcement position that will respond to 9-8-8 calls and provide mental health consultation to individuals and families in the community who need some extra support. The position provides triage, brief assessment, consultation, and referrals to community supports.
Typical Work Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 1:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m., with flexibility depending upon the needs of the department and program.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Provide assessments and treatment of individuals and families, including groups; provide crisis assessment and intervention services and related duties as required. The primary responsibility of this class is to provide assessment and treatment services, crisis intervention, and treatment services, including intensive services, to individuals and their families with complex needs and diagnoses or to develop and implement specific services in the community.

Typical Duties - Duties include, but are not limited to the following
The incumbent in this position upholds confidentiality rules/regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Services may be delivered in person or via telehealth; services may be delivered in the following locations, but not limited to office or in the community including settings necessary to deliver addiction counseling services (e.g., PCC, schools, hospitals, jail, courtroom, residences including transitional treatment bed). The incumbent performs all of the following using a person-centered, strengths-based, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and ethically guided approach. This position is stationed and dispatched from the Psychiatric Crisis Center.
<ul>
<li>Respond to 9-8-8 calls and provide mental health consultation to individuals in the community. Provide triage, brief assessment, consultation, and referrals to the residents engaged by the program as needed.</li>
<li>Document services in a timely fashion meeting all standards and expectations per MCHHS policies.</li>
<li>Answer phones by being logged into Touchpoint at all times</li>
<li>Provide follow up case management to residents that were engaged in the community with their partner or refer to the Navigators.</li>
<li>Provide back up to PCC as needed to include answering phones by logging into Touchpoint and conducting mental health assessments. Provide counseling by telephone or in-person to individuals and/or their families or concerned others. Intervene with both children and adults. Presenting problems covering the full range of personal needs and include thoughts/plans or violence toward others, and major psychiatric illness. Because of the wide spectrum of presenting problems, it is necessary to have a comprehensive knowledge of psychopathology and to be able to draw upon a wide range of therapeutic strategies in counseling. Perform independent assessment of mental status, diagnosis, level of functioning, dangerousness, and specific needs for service. Screen individual for psychiatric hospitalization. Develop plan with client/family to address immediate needs and plans to obtain services. If client is unwilling to seek services, make decisions regarding involuntary hospitalization based on dangerousness and ability to care for self. Maintain current knowledge of, and contact with, community agencies to make referrals appropriately.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Response Level 2: In the event of an emergency, employee makes a reasonable effort to report to work. Employee may be required to perform duties outside of their regularly assigned duties. Employee may be requested to work an extended or flexible schedule. Staff at this response level must complete Incident Command System 100 and 700 on-line or in-person training.
Requirements for the Position
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
<li>Master's degree in psychology, social work, recreational therapy, music therapy, art therapy or a behavioral science field; OR</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in nursing, or occupational therapy and licensed by the State of Oregon; AND</li>
<li>One year of postgraduate degree experience in the behavioral health field.</li>
PREFERENCES Preference will be awarded to candidates who are LCSW, CSWA or eligible for LCSW. Qualified candidates will be eligible for licensure supervision if hired. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Human Resources Assistant (Contract)

Salary: $15
Work under the supervision of an experienced funeral director to help grieving families give their loved ones a final goodbye that is dignified and respectful. We strive to always put a professional edge on our services while also being caring and helpful. You will work with a small team to prepare and conduct funeral services in our parlor. You should be comfortable working directly with clients and family members of the deceased. If you want to help people in a time of need, this may be the job for you. We want to help you grow your career in the funeral services field, so we do offer plenty of opportunities for advancement.
Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li> Provide transportation for clients and their loved ones to and from the coroner, funeral parlor, and graveyard</li>
<li> Prepare the parlor area by cleaning, setting up lights and arranging flowers, and setting up chairs and other seating for viewings and services</li>
<li> Assist guests as they arrive at funeral events by directing parking, greeting them, and leading them to the correct parlor or chapel area</li>
<li> Offer assistance to clients in coordination with the funeral director to help arrange funeral services</li>
<li> Work with a team to prepare parlor and burial sites with personalized items as requested by clients</li>
<li> Clean, store and move funeral equipment as needed to set up and clean up after funeral services</li>

Job Skills &amp; Qualifications
Required:
<ul>
<li> High school diploma or GED</li>
<li> Ability to lift at least 75 pounds</li>
<li> Valid driver’s license</li>
<li> Available to work nights, weekends, holidays and to be on call</li>
<li> Must have an attention to detail and excellent communication skills</li>
<li> Can pass a background check</li>
<li> Able to drive large Capacity vehicles or stretch limos </li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li> A desire to advance in the field of mortuary science</li>
<li> Experience working in customer service</li>
<li> Fluent in Spanish</li>
