Salary: 
A Contract Administrator’s responsibilities are to manage the drafting, revision, and execution of Martin Concrete’s sub-tier subcontracts on projects. The Contract Administrator will analyze and interpret a wide range of documentation and ensure compliance with subcontract terms and conditions. They are expected to maintain files for subcontracts containing original subcontracts, relevant correspondence, amendments, clarifications, business license(s), insurance certificates, and payment schedules. They are expected to clarify terms of subcontracts contracts with various vendors and/or subcontractors. 
The Contract Administrator will monitor and maintain a system to ensure timely execution of client Contracts. They are responsible for establishing new project numbers and folders, and maintaining current overall company project, crane, and master crew work schedules.
To succeed in this role a Contract Administrator would be expected to detect errors and inconsistencies in subcontracts and obtain and comprehend laws and regulations pertaining to concrete construction business and contracting. The position requires an individual to be detail-oriented, accountable and a proficient multitasker.
Responsibilities

<li> Collaborate with employees on all levels of the company to analyze and determine a comprehensive subcontract strategy.</li>
<li> Prepare and edit subcontracts between the company and potential subcontractors/vendors.</li>
<li> Participate with Executive level to standardize subcontract language and necessary guidelines for subcontracts.</li>
<li> Review subcontracts for compliance with language and guidelines.</li>

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from negotiation, proposal creation, execution, and analysis to support organizational objectives. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
1. Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation, proposal creation, execution, and analysis to support organizational objectives.
2. Contract Administration: Maintain accurate and organized records of all proposals, contract documents (i.e., Purchase Orders, Statements of Work, Change Orders, etc.), and contracts, including key dates, milestones, and obligations.
3. Proposal Creation: Coordinating the proposal development process, including gathering requirements, preparing proposal documents, and liaising with internal teams and subject matter experts. Reviewing request for proposal (RFP) documents and developing compliant and competitive proposals. Ensuring proposals are submitted on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
4. Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the negotiation of favorable terms and conditions for contracts, while not being the primary negotiator.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for contract and proposal-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Facilitating communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, finance, and operations. Providing guidance and support to stakeholders on contract and proposal-related matters.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and legal counsel. Serve as the primary point of contact for contractrelated inquiries and facilitate effective communication between parties.
7. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes and procedures. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains to streamline contract administration tasks.
Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field and/or proven experience working in contract administration, proposal management, legal compliance, or a related field. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
