Position Purpose:
This safety sensitive position is responsible for upkeep of the exterior grounds of the property. Ensure adherence to company guidelines and achieve excellent resident satisfaction.
Each community location has pre-designated office hours which this position will need to accompany to ensure community operations are functioning effectively.
Key Contributions:
Property Appearance/Upkeep: Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition. Daily exterior inspections of the community assuring cleanliness and a high degree of "curb appeal" for the property.  Cross utilization with maintenance duties may be required.
Pool Maintenance: Completion of daily chemical inspections, maintenance and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards.
Customer Service: Ensure that the resident property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and available for on-call emergencies (i.e., snow removal) per Community Manager's request.
Light Maintenance: At the request of the Community Manager assist the maintenance personnel in performing light maintenance.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Chief Development Officer (CDO) is a strategic fundraising advisor to the Executive Director and is responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships and opportunities that will advance the mission of St. Anthony Shrine. Key Responsibilities Leadership

The Psychiatric Crisis Center has been working to expand by offering bilingual/bicultural services at our Woodburn office. The Mental Health Specialist in this position will provide crisis assessments to individuals in need as well as case management, resource identification, and referral options. This position will require a motivated individual to learn about the available community services to provide mental health well-being. The individual in this position will possess a desire to be creative in matching individuals to available services while educating the community about the various services we provide at the Crisis Center. This position provides services to monolingual Spanish-speaking individuals; therefore, fluent bilingual Spanish/English skills are required.

Typical Duties - Duties include, but are not limited to the following
Counseling to Crisis Clients: Provide counseling by telephone or in-person to individuals and/or their families or concerned others. Intervene with both children and adults. Presenting problems covering the full range of personal needs and include thoughts/plans or violence toward others, and major psychiatric illness. Because of the wide spectrum of presenting problems, it is necessary to have a comprehensive knowledge of psychopathology and to be able to draw upon a wide range of therapeutic strategies in counseling. This work is done at two different locations each day (at the Salem Hospital Emergency Dept. and at PCC), so driving is required.
Assessment of Mental Status: Perform independent assessment of mental status, diagnosis, level of functioning, dangerousness, and specific needs for service. Screen individual for psychiatric hospitalization.
Planning Development: Develop plan with client/family to address immediate needs and plans to obtain services. If client is unwilling to seek services, make decisions regarding involuntary commitment based on dangerousness and ability to care for self.
Community Coordination: Maintain current knowledge of, and contact with, community agencies in order to make referrals appropriately. See that clients gain access to the services they need, and do follow-up work as needed, to make certain that client's needs are being met.

<li>Advocacy for Client's Rights: Provide advocacy for client rights, ethical consideration, needs for service and least restrictive care-intervention.</li>

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
<li>Possession of a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy or a behavioral science field, or possession of a bachelor's degree in Nursing and licensed by the State of Oregon, or possession of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and licensed by the State of Oregon; OR second year graduate students waivered as QMHP's by the Oregon Health Authority.</li>

Position Purpose:

Marion County Health and Human Services is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and flexible Program Therapist (Mental Health Therapist 2) to work at Horizon House Residential Treatment Facility. The Program Therapist will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to provide Person-Centered mental health treatment services in a 24-hour residential clinical setting.
This individual will be serving a caseload of up to 9 adult residents with serious and persistent mental illness and/or chemical dependency. Ideal candidates will have direct or related experience working in a therapeutic milieu environment, facilitating therapeutic groups, implementing/writing treatment plans, and managing doctor's orders.
The candidate will collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure the best possible treatment for residents. We actively engage our residents in treatment related activities by promoting community integration, and a recovery model approach that emphasizes independent skill development (e.g. cooking, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, nutrition, medications, social skills, communication).
Schedule is standard M-F, 0830-1700 with some flexibility based on department need. The program therapist will also maintain clinical documentation, and transport clients as needed - ODL is required.
