Summary
Based on supplied and developed engineering detail; perform calculations, draft CAD drawings and transfer engineering data to aid field staff and craft to make required equipment modifications/install new equipment. Develop RFI's, FCO's, Schedule, and communicate necessary information to client, field craft, subcontractors, and vendors as necessary. Market served is heavy industrial construction. Equipment or materials typically encountered include but are not limited to pressure vessels, piping systems or structural steel.
Responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>Mobilize to site and work from temporary facilities for protracted periods of time to ensure expected results.</li>
<li>Manages his/her day-to-day assignment for timely task completion.</li>
<li>Incorporate safety and environmental responsibility into daily personal actions.</li>
<li>Develop Requests for Information, Field Change Orders, and their logs as directed by the Site PM.</li>
<li>Interpret design/drawings and specifications to develop a comprehensive understanding of project execution plan, identify critical areas requiring increased oversight, identify items that are non-conforming to job requirements, and supply pertinent information to crafts installing materials.</li>
<li>Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction work, change orders, estimates, etc.</li>
<li>Acquire as-built data through field measurement as required to assess existing equipment in preparation for replacement or planned modifications.</li>
<li>Provide necessary building control lines, demolition and final cut lines, elevation lines, or part alignment lines as needed for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials.</li>
<li>Establish a benchmark coordinate system for total station equipment which will be used to tie in various locations of the site with one another.</li>
<li>Visit fabrication shops to conduct quality assurance walk-down prior to material arriving on-site. This includes the use of Total Station and other measurement tools to ensure proper fabrication.</li>
<li>Archive and maintain project documents per Nooter Management System, NMS, procedures as directed by the Site PM.</li>
<li>Research and recommend resolutions to drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interference, and errors.</li>
<li>Work with the assigned Rigging Engineer completing field measurements for crane placements and provide technical support and direction to implement rigging plans when necessary. Layout of crane locations.</li>
<li>Prepare and disseminate required documentation records, such as status reports, punch lists for uncompleted work, red-line drawings of completed work, material requirement calculations, etc., to appropriate staff or customer personnel.</li>
<li>Collaborate with customer or their engineering company, subcontract, staff or craft personnel on daily basis to actively manage the work performed to ensure successful completion of the project.</li>
<li>Create and audit Engineering Document Files Logs.</li>
<li>Assist with inventory, perform inspection of customer supplied material and equipment for compliance with job requirements as received on the jobsite and when necessary purchase Nooter Construction supplied materials.</li>
<li>Conduct regular walk-downs and inspections of construction projects, including safety audits, to ensure compliance with O.S.H.A., customer and project specifications.</li>
<li>Cross-train with other departments to develop a thorough understanding of their purpose, procedures, responsibilities, and requirements to operate effectively.</li>
<li>Serves as a team member at Client meetings as directed by the Site PM.</li>
<li>Participate as an active participant in post-project analysis meetings on completion of assignment.</li>
<li>Develop a thorough understanding of applicable codes required for the completion of the project.</li>
<li>Proactively work with the Safety Department, monitoring Site Safety Compliance, this may include presenting safety-related information to Craft Safety meetings.</li>
<li>Assist other site staff members in the completion of their assigned tasks.</li>
<li>Assist in developing and updating P6 project schedule.</li>

Required skills:

POSITION OVERVIEW
An Ironworker Forman at JGM plans and safely executes work activities, while providing technical assistance to the team.  You will work directly with Clients, Superintendent, Project Managers, and the Field Operations Manager to establish a solid understanding of project strategy and specifications.  You will be leading crews to lay out, assemble, and install various structural elements on the project. RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in lay out, rigging, fabricating, welding, assembling, and installing structural steel. Continually plan work so that your journeyman team can safely and efficiently put high quality work in place by having all materials and equipment available for each assignment. Participation in project pre-planning and short interval planning. You will monitor your team’s safe execution of the work while delivering the highest quality finished product.  Set and measure production goals and report back to the project team via daily logs. Coordinate and communicate details of projects, while offering guidance to team members regarding project procedures and safety requirements. Delegate responsibilities, continuously train and develop future foreman and journeyman while providing constant constructive feedback. Read and interpret blueprint drawings and specifications.  Operate equipment, man lift, fork truck, welding unit and other equipment.

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Nuclear Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overall assigned project portfolio performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>P&amp;L responsibility for assigned projects to include bid preparation, contract closure, and projects delivery, to meet WSI’s overall business commitments to their stakeholders.</li>
<li>Regular reporting to management regarding projects revenue forecasting, sales closure activity, and projects delivery (operations) status for the assigned projects portfolio.</li>
<li>Manage the bid proposal process and operational delivery process through use of in-house (or contract) resources, as needed, to fulfill customer requirements and achieve target profit goals for all projects.</li>

Purpose:
Performs diversified maintenance duties which require work skills such as painting, insulating, scaffold building/inspecting, and general mechanic tasks.
Job Functions/Accountabilities:
- Perform some boilermaker duties and will occasionally be called to remove piping or process equipment for repairs. - Requires the knowledge of basic process equipment, how to operate a forklift safely and how to safely remove bolts and flanges. - Organize and lead filter bundle changes (lift coordination, forklift transfer of leaves to the stand, rigging and removal of filter bundle from elevated surfaces to ground). - Work with contractors on scaffolding jobs to build scaffolds, ensure they are safe and sign off on the use of scaffolding in the plant. - Paint curbs, doors, safety signs and restricted area markings to ensure safe operations of the plant. - Develop takeoffs for insulation jobs, remove insulation safely, build temporary insulation blankets, store insulation materials and coordinate insulation contractors for material purchases. - Assist the site’s general mechanic in receiving materials, generating proper entry into SAP. This person must be able to generate requisitions in SAP for materials. They will help with conducting cycle counts of equipment that is in stores. - Work on elevated equipment with a safety harness
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED is required. 
Vocational or technical school is preferred. 
Experience:
5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a chemical, petrochemical or refinery facilities is required
Skills:
Forklift operator certification/training is preferred. Scaffold erection certification/training (competent person) is preferred. Knowledge of SAP or similar CMMS software (entering purchase requisitions) is required Knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel) is required. DOT Training for hazardous materials is preferred.
Working Conditions:
Chemical Plant/Manufacturing environment. An extensive amount of time is spent on the floor in a manufacturing plant environment. Plant environment is a multi-acre site. Typical daily assignments are physically demanding, requiring balancing, standing, cleaning, reaching, visual discernment, crawling, climbing, twisting, turning, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, full respiratory function and lifting.

Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities for Each Position:

<li>Tower/Tray Mechanic: Experience in confined space work is preferred. Responsibilities will be according to the level of knowledge and experience.</li>
<li>Welder: Able to weld in tight spaces and on scaffolds where fall protection may be required. Responsibilities will be according to welder qualifications.</li>
<li>Pipefitter: NCCER certified preferred but not required. Must have knowledge of fitting inside a confined space (columns and drums) and must be able to read drawings. Responsibilities will be according to the level of knowledge.</li>
<li>Safety Coordinator: Experience as a field safety coordinator in the petrochemical industry is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is required.</li>
<li>Timekeeper/Cost Tracker: Experience in Cost Tracking and allocation of employee hours is preferred. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is required.</li>
<li>Holewatch/Firewatch/Standby: Must be able to work at heights, in adverse weather conditions and must be able to climb. Will be required to successfully complete the PFS Holewatch/Firewatch Orientation.</li>
<li>NCCER Boilermaker: Responsibilities will be according to the level of knowledge and experience.</li>
<li>Certified Basic Rigger: NCCCO or NCCER certifications are required.</li>
<li>Certified Advanced Rigger: NCCCO or NCCER certifications are required.</li>
<li>Bundle Extractor Operator: Experience in operating an aerial bundle extractor is required</li>

POSITION SUMMARY: This is a full working position as required and is accountable for providing consulting activities, inspections and technical expertise to assigned customers and prospects. This position is an Integral part of ARISE and assumes a lead role in the servicing of our customers.  
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Inspects boilers and pressure vessels to meet regulatory requirements.  
</li>
<li>
Witnessing any required pressure tests as required by the Jurisdiction.  
</li>
<li>
Inspects assigned field or shop locations to meet ASME or National Board Code, as required.  
</li>
<li>
Reporting inspection results including any nonconforming conditions in the manner prescribed by the Jurisdiction and/or the Inspector’s Supervisor.  
</li>
<li>
Performs Loss Control inspections when assigned to comply with company policies and procedures.  
</li>
<li>
Performs other types of inspections to meet specified codes or standards, as assigned.  
</li>

Qualification
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>

National Board or Jurisdictional Commission.  
</li>
<li>
ASME/National Board Code Endorsements as required  
</li>
</ul>
Education from one or more of the following:  
<ul>
<li>High School  </li>
<li>
Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program. For example: boilermaker, steamfitter or pipefitter  
</li>
<li>
Completion of an accredited Power Engineering certification program.  
</li>
<li>
Completion of an accredited military or merchant marine training program in the area of marine or stationary boilers, pressure vessels or nuclear reactors 
</li>
<li>
Completion of Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification program from the American Welding Society or an equivalent certification 
</li>
<li>
Certification as an American Petroleum Institute API-510 or API-570 Inspector 
</li>
<li>
Completion of a total of eighty (80) hours of classroom technical training in Boiler, Pressure Vessel or Piping Inspection 
</li>
<li>
Graduation from an accredited technical school in subjects that include, but not limited to, Manufacturing, Building Construction, Construction Technology, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning, and Industrial Technology 
</li>
<li>
Graduation from with Two (2) Year Degree or Certificate in Engineering, Technology, Science, or Mathematics from an accredited institution  
</li>
<li>
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering  
</li>
</ul>
EXPERIENCE:
One year minimum of experience associated with the pressure equipment industry in the categories below:

Engineering or design review 
</li>
<li>
Manufacturing, including fabrication methods or processes, in either shop or field.  
</li>
<li>
Operation of boiler(s) exceeding 50,000 lbs. of steam per hour total capacity.  
</li>
<li>
Performance of repairs, alterations, or maintenance of boilers or pressure vessels 
</li>
<li>
Quality control systems related to boiler or pressure vessel manufacturing, repair, or alteration in either shop or field 
</li>
<li>
Inspection of boilers or pressure vessels either in-service or during construction including either shop or field 
</li>
<li>
NDE examiner of boiler and pressure vessels meeting ASNT Level II or III (qualified by examination) or equivalent qualifications
