PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
Serve as support or back-up support to various administrative areas as needed:
Office Services

Requirements
What qualifications you will need:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in a leadership role required</li>
<li>Currently licensed or eligible as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation required</li>
<li>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required</li>
<li>Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required</li>
<li>Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred</li>
<li>Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) preferred</li>
<li>Will have oversight of main + 3 FSEDs &amp; ambulance transport team</li>
<li>Admin director will be part of Sr. Team – responsible to mentor and develop main director and his 2 managers</li>
<li>75% of the time will be at the FSED campuses</li>
<li>Ideal candidate:</li>
<li>Prefer someone with multi campus oversite with FSED – needs FSEDs</li>
<li>Performance improvement person would be good</li>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in nursing required</li>
<li>Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required</li>
<li>MUST HAVE 3-5 years of Director of ED experience</li>

Pest USA is a family owned and operated growing Pest and Termite Control Company. The Office Administrator position plays an integral part in our customer service and office efficiency. The Office Administrator provides support to both the Branch Manager and Office Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:

<li>Administer high volume of inbound customer service calls</li>
<li>Maintain and updates customer account information in a customized database</li>
<li>Branch accounts receivable collections</li>
<li>Comply with state and federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and guidelines</li>
<li>Act as point of contact for general customer service</li>
<li>Scheduling appointments for Technicians and Sales</li>
<li>Convert accounts receivable and process customer payments</li>
<li>Respond to answering service messages</li>
<li>Specialize in customer resolution</li>
<li>Support other office administrative staff in the completion of their duties when needed</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required by management</li>
