Summit Design and Engineering Services is seeking Transportation Construction Inspectors from Trainees to Level IV to work with our Construction Engineering Inspection team on highway construction projects in the Marion area and throughout North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the inspection of various roadways and structures construction operations and perform a variety of calculations and computations with supervision.</li>
<li>Perform materials sampling and testing.</li>

Volkert is searching for Senior Transportation Construction Inspectors Levels I-IV for our Mid-Atlantic Region. Immediate openings for qualified professionals to support existing clients and participate on challenging urban mega projects as well as rural projects in Pennsylvania. This position is full-time year round!
 
To be considered for this position, applicants musthave, at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
What you need to have:
<ul>
<li>2 - 6+ years of experience in highway projects of varying complexity including bridge construction, roadway, utility, and asphalt paving</li>
<li>PennDOT certifications highly desired</li>
<li>PennDOT experience a plus</li>
<li>Bridge construction experience and/or Site Manager expertise are desired</li>
