WORK SUMMARY:

Description:
Vault Pressure Control, LLC, leveraging its 100-year product legacy, is a preferred solutions provider of quality pressure control equipment and services for the oil and gas industry. Performs multiple tasks associated with field installation, service, maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of surface wellhead systems.

Essential Functions

<li>Field Service, assembly, and repair of new, reman and customer property</li>
<li>Works independently to install new products and conduct repairs of Vault Pressure Control equipment ensuring no rig lost time for our customers while controlling expenses and maintaining assets</li>

Technicians are responsible for the repair, diagnosis, overhaul, and reconditioning maintenance of customer and company heavy equipment and components. Depending on the location and assignment, the technician will be responsible for some, or all the functions and duties listed below. These repairs may require working hours in addition to the normal work schedule for emergency calls or routine service as required. The Role
As a Field Service Technician (full-time/permanent position), you are the front line of customer interaction through delivering efficient field service support in your assigned territory. With advanced technical and product training, you will further contribute to the success of the company. In this entrepreneurial role, you operate from home and commute to some of the world's largest manufacturing companies. Everyday will be a new adventure as our customers include a wide variety of industries including: food, beverage, pharmaceutical, health and beauty, building products, automotive, etc. You will support customers by exceeding expectations through installations, repairs, and maintenance of coding and marking equipment.

<li>Travel to customer sites and provide installation, emergency repairs, preventative maintenance services, and training.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Prior experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing electro-mechanical equipment.</li>
<li>Being able to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization, from front line operators to senior management, and remaining professional at all times.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience reading schematics and utilizing multimeters.</li>
<li>Ability to read, comprehend and interpret technical information involving mechanics and electronics.</li>
<li>Adaptability and flexibility is critical in the support of all customers.</li>
<li>Previous military or transitioning veterans encouraged to apply.</li>
<li>Prior Field Service Technician experience a plus</li>
<li>Basic networking skills a plus.</li>

Job Summary
Our Field Service Technicians apply their technical knowledge and experience to solve problems across a diverse customer base.  You will support customers in banking, education, logistics, manufacturing, medical, retail, and other industries.  As a Scantron Technician you will install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and make repairs to a wide range of hardware including printers, cash recyclers, document finishing equipment, office equipment, servers, PCs, and data communications equipment.  
Essential Responsibilities

<li>Travels to customer locations via company vehicle to diagnose, repair, and/or replace computer hardware in accordance with service agreements. </li>
<li>Manages preventative maintenance schedule in a timely and efficient manner. </li>
<li>Assists other territories and technicians as needed which may include travel to other metropolitan areas. </li>
<li>Takes ownership of meeting customers’ business needs. </li>
<li>Coordinates activities and seeks assistance from technical support when appropriate.</li>
<li>Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, sales, technical support, call center, and customer via voicemail, use of wireless call processing system, or in-person communication. </li>
<li>Manages parts inventory in accordance with established guidelines.  </li>
<li>Submits required paperwork in a timely, efficient, and complete manner. </li>
<li>May be asked to train new technicians in an on-the-job manner. </li>

Requirements

<li>Two or more years related experience and/or training.

Requirements:
What You Will Do Day-to-Day: 
· Diagnose and repair Toyota and other makes of lift-trucks and heavy-duty material handling equipment

· A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
