We are seeking a Client Service Specialist (CSS) to join our Account Management department. The Account Management department is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Gehring Group's Clients. You will work in a team environment while using initiative and independent judgement, at times, to resolve problems for our customers and their employees. This is an opportunity to learn about various lines of coverage and become well-versed in employee benefits and wellness programs.
The Client Service Specialist serves as an "advocate" to our Clients' employees, assisting with and resolving issues related to billing, eligibility, claims resolution, member appeals, benefit verification, medical procedure authorizations, and general benefit inquiries. Our Client Service Specialists help our clients' employees navigate very difficult issues that they would otherwise have a hard time resolving directly with carriers while establishing a great relationship with both the employees and various carriers. In short, Client Service Specialist make a difference in the lives of our clients' employees and can assist with some of the most trying issues.
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Minimum of two years of professional experience in customer services, sales, HR, insurance, or related field is required.</li>
<li>A Bachelor’s degree in risk management, human resources, business administration, public administration or a related field from an accredited university is preferred.</li>
<li>Valid Florida Life, Health &amp; Variable Annuities 2-15 license or the ability to obtain one is required.</li>

IPS manufactures its products locally and has been delivering world-class solutions to the telecommunications and parking industries for over 20 years. The company is best known for their patented credit card enabled, solar powered single-space parking meter and web-based management system.
Summary: This position typically performs work in a corporate location and reports to the Operations Coordinator of Enforcement Solutions. This position provides client services support to clients, public participants and internal team members by assisting with communications, accounting activities, banking and funding activities, vendor management, applications testing and support, client start-up tasks and other duties as designated by the Operations Coordinator.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•The ability and skill to provide operations support as described as normally obtained through three-to-three years’ experience with specific experience in or exposure in parking citation processing and management, operations, vendor management, or procurement or comparable experience is highly desired. • Experience with Municipal Enforcement Programs is highly desirable • A strong customer service orientation is essential. • Demonstrated ability to adapt to the changing demands of business is a must. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Understanding of differences in company product lines on multiple platforms as they relate to services provided to clients and participants, how daily work functions impact product lines and platforms is required.  • Must possess an in-depth understanding of the municipal parking enforcement industry and the marketplace. • Strong critical thinking skills for complex issues and understanding of interdepartmental impacts to solutions are required. • Understanding of parking products and the ability to process all parking related catalog activity.
Education and/or Experience:
• High school diploma required. • Post-high school education preferred but may be supplemented with industry specific experience and on the job training.  • Customer service training or comparable training or coursework preferred  • Knowledge of the parking enforcement and citation industry, common business practices, California Vehicle Code, California state surcharge legislation, finance and accounting is preferred.
