POSITION SUMMARY: 
Lifeguard II is responsible for the health and safety of guests in attendance at the Kroc Center Hawaii aquatics facility. They ensure a safe and orderly swimming environment, carry out rescues as required, administer first aid, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the pool to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for members and guests.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
<ol>
<li>High School graduate or GED.</li>
<li>American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers.</li>
<li>At least 2 years lifeguard experience or a minimum of 700 hours of lifeguard experience at the Kroc Center Hawaii.</li>
</ol>

Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be accepted.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Ensure that lost property is overseen and recorded in line with procedures.</li>

The Sr. Manager, Demand Planning must have a strong knowledge of the business environment across their area of responsibility and able to take a leadership role in operational execution, data analysis and contractual performance measurement/compliance.&nbsp; The position requires analytics of purchase trends through continual assessment of wholesaler and specialty pharmacy buying patterns to inform financial impacts across AbbVie’s CNS brands.&nbsp; The position also requires a strong working knowledge in various other technical areas, including financial modeling, data organization, AbbVie’s distribution network and contract administration.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Sr. Manager must have the ability to communicate concisely and proactively, while establishing effective cross functional relationships with Commercial Forecasting, Pricing, Finance, Trade and Operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;The ability to communicate with this diverse team, assimilate the information and then concisely communicate assumptions and recommendations is paramount.&nbsp;&nbsp;In addition, the position will regularly communicate directly with external wholesale customers/vendors.

<li>Commercial Insights:&nbsp;&nbsp;This position will provide supply channel analytical support to AbbVie’s CNS brands (Qulipta, Ubrelvy, Vraylar, Vyalev, Duopa) sold in the U.S. and provide weekly insights to Commercial Forecasting on “to-market” sales performance at wholesale.&nbsp; The incumbent must be proactive in originating, informing, participating in, and executing the analyses necessary to effectively provide impactful insights to the business.&nbsp;&nbsp;Having the ability to navigate/concisely organize/analyze large data sets and then subsequently provide key insights/takeaways is critical.</li>
</ul>

<li>Duopa/Vyalev Order Fulfillment:&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform review of product orders vs. historical customer purchase trends, customer inventory DOH levels of the brand and internal availability of product.&nbsp;&nbsp;The process may involve communication with Customer Service, Trade, Warehousing or Transportation before product is prepared for shipment and subsequently delivered.&nbsp;&nbsp;Must possess the ability to quickly reach out to stakeholders, build consensus and execute under tight timelines.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Administration of Duopa/Vyalev Distribution Service Agreements (DSA):&nbsp;&nbsp;Per contract terms, calculate wholesaler business performance in the categories of purchase stability behavior, inventory DOH levels, order fulfillment rates to downstream pharmacy customers and timely submissions/accuracy of product movement data submitted via EDI.&nbsp;&nbsp;Actual performance vs. these defined metrics is computed weekly and presented to the wholesaler monthly in a prepared presentation package. Communication of performance must be clear and concise with full command of the subject matter and data used in calculating DSA performance and payment.</li>
</ul>

Other Operational Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Key Demand Planning Finance contact for Qulipta/Ubrelvy/Vraylar/Vyalev &amp; Duopa.</li>
<li>Assist in determining channel quantities for new CNS products/NDC launches through collaboration with Customer Service Operations, Forecasting and Supply Chain.</li>
<li>High engagement with external data aggregator to ensure wholesaler data quality and possess the analytical curiosity to become proficient in the use of the external data portal tool.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>High attention to detail, performing quality control reviews for data integrity, completeness and accuracy are critical in all areas of responsibility in this position.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Sr. Manager must be flexible, adapt to changing priorities, demonstrate persistence in following through, and be able to make timely decisions/recommendations based on data.&nbsp;</li>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Degree in Accounting, Finance or general business is required, a CPA or MBA is a plus, as the incumbent is responsible for assessing the impact of business decisions and planned commercial activities.</li>
<li>Knowledge of financial problem solving &amp; analysis and translation of data into actionable business recommendations, in addition to a high desire to learn the many aspects of the pharmaceutical wholesale/retail trade channels, are essential to success in this position.&nbsp;</li>
<li>7-10 years overall business experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment. Overall business experience to include commercial finance, cost accounting, auditing, financial reporting or financial planning and analysis, is required.</li>
<li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills, SAP/BPC, scenario planning experience, data presentation skills and previous experience with PowerPoint is preferred. &nbsp;</li>
