The Alumni Medical Library at Boston University seeks a collaborative professional to serve as Business Manager. The Alumni Medical Library serves the faculty, staff and students of the Boston University Schools of Medicine, Dental Medicine and Public Health. The Business Manager oversees and manages the financial, physical, and administrative aspects of Alumni Medical Library. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Collections and User Services and indirectly to the Director of the library, the Business Manager develops, monitors and reconciles an 3.5 million annual budget, as well as external funding from grants and gifts. As facilities manager, the position is responsible for maintenance requests and works closely with Facilities, Housekeeping, BUMC IT, Environmental Health Services, Mail Services and Public Safety/BU Police. The position also provides administrative support to the Director, creating meeting agendas, maintaining accurate and current administrative policies and procedures and communicating changes to the library team.

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver

The Import Export Agent is responsible for:
