Responsibilities

A Service Valet is typically responsible for assisting customers with their vehicles, providing valet services at designated locations such as hotels, restaurants, or events.&nbsp;
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Greet customers courteously and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Retrieve vehicles promptly upon customer request, ensuring efficient and timely service. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directions, and any additional requests they may have. &nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and escalate as necessary. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Handle vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the valet process. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Report any damages or issues with vehicles immediately to the appropriate personnel. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Keep the valet area clean and organized. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Perform routine inspections to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Provide clear instructions to customers regarding valet procedures.

Qualifications
