SUMMARY
Stampede Ventures, a company within the BSNC family, is currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual with DoD contract experience. The candidate will be performing all facets of the Bering Straits East Coast model to include safety and quality control management, submittal tracking, daily reporting, communicating deficiencies to the customer, running multiple sites simultaneously, and other various tasks as assigned. This position is in support of a current contract that supports various DOD locations. Depending on workload, this position may be extended to additional contracts as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES 
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned. 
<ul>
<li>Previous Federal DoD contract experience</li>
<li>Management of task order projects in the Washington DC region</li>
<li>Ability to read drawings / prints.</li>
<li>Safety experience in multi-trade construction projects</li>
<li>Knowledge of OSHA and EM-385 requirements</li>
<li>Experience enforcing corporate or site quality control programs.</li>
<li>Written and Oral communication with customer, subcontractors, and internally to provide project updates</li>
<li>Knowledge with all aspects of a construction project (electrical, HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, architectural, etc.)</li>
</ul>
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Have existing relationships with Federal government &amp; DoD customers in the DC Metro Region</li>
<li>Previous experience working with 8(a) companies</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

Required (Minimum) Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Three years’ experience as a quality control manager on industrial or commercial projects</li>
<li>Quality Manager with a minimum of 10 years in related work OR BS degree in engineer, architect, or construction management with 5 years of experience as a construction Contractor Quality Control Manager / Contractor Quality Control System Manager / Quality Control Manager.</li>
<li>Completed USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) Training with the past 5 years.</li>
<li>ICD/ICS 705 training. The course should be in-person and a minimum of 32 hours and include an examination at the end of the training. Successful completion of the course shall be documented by a certificate of completion, or equivalent, provided to the attendee, within ninety (90) days after hire.</li>
<li>Experience on projects exceeding $500,000 (specifically HVAC and electrically heavy projects)</li>
<li>Experience working with the USACE</li>
<li>Must be US Citizen</li>
<li>OSHA 30 Certification (can be obtained after employment) Valid Driver’s License</li>
<li>Current or ability to get a security clearance</li>

<li>Valid Driver’s License</li>

JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Engineer is responsible to ensure that the engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance, are working properly and up to the hotels operating standards. The Maintenance Engineer is also responsible to keep all equipment in good repair providing day-to-day maintenance support to the hotel. Additionally, work towards and support the improvement of engineering service to guests, other departments and co-workers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms and public areas.</li>
<li>Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise either by the guest or other departments.</li>
<li>Respond courteously and promptly to guest requests and resolves matters to the guest’s satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize the maintenance issues e.g.: to attend the breakdown of plant and machinery on priority.</li>
<li>Perform maintenance activities in the guest rooms and public areas including minor electrical equipment, plumbing and Air conditioning.</li>
<li>Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties.</li>
<li>Monitor fire Alarm / Life Safety System systems as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the systems.</li>
<li>Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems. Be able to test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on systems. </li>
<li>Communicate with different departments and to provide them with information and assistance.</li>
<li>Check for new maintenance requests e.g.: OOO - Out of Service and OOO - Out of Order from the PMS (Property Management System) and update remarks once the task is completed.</li>
<li>Able to maintain a daily logbook of work done during the shift.</li>
<li>Execute the preventative maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained to the required standard.</li>
<li>Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition.</li>
<li>Train and instruct other members of the staff through sharing of knowledge and skills.</li>
<li>Ensure knowledge for proper chemical use and follows all safety protocols as outline on the chemical's SDS as well as proper use of any required personal protective equipment. </li>
<li>Perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required.</li>

REQUIREMENTS:
