We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to join our team. The Director of Clinical Services leads the compliance and documentation of clinical services and ensures delivery of consistent, innovative, and continuous improvements regarding interdisciplinary services. 
 
Essential Key Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete routine site visits with an average of every four to six (4-6) weeks to review, audit, and conduct analysis of clinical services data to identify adherence to current clinical policies and procedures, and reports results to management team.</li>
<li>Works with regional leadership and therapy staff in the effective execution of caseload development.</li>
<li>Establishes and executes uniformity, precision, and quality recordkeeping to meet company standards across the organization. </li>
<li>Identifies and addresses deficits in documentation and clinical program delivery and collaborates with facility therapy management teams in the formulation of objectives for improvement ensuring all physical therapy activities fall within state and federal regulatory parameters. </li>
<li>Maintains oversight to ensure internal records of staff data collection, in-services, and training are complete in a timely manner. Reports and addresses areas of concern with appropriate plan of action.</li>
<li>Develops in-services, training, and clinical programming and protocols and ensures the successful implementation and ongoing delivery.</li>
<li>Assists in the execution of operations objectives related to clinical performance and the maximization of facility reimbursement. </li>
<li>Maintains expertise in clinical knowledge, practices, and standards to coach and mentor regional leadership and therapy staff to drive clinical excellence and outcomes.</li>
<li>Represents Blue Stone Therapy in community activities, marketing events, seminars, and conventions. </li>

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathologist program.</li>
<li>Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in therapy services, including at least four (4) years in a leadership role within a skilled therapy setting. Experience in clinical or compliance leadership in skilled therapy services is preferred. </li>

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

The Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator utilizes company communication and documentation technology in a professional and timely manner.
Essential Functions:

<li>Complete Medicare Advantage Trials which include outlining the benefits of our advanced model pump, trialing both our 51 and 52 devices and explaining the out-of-pocket differences for both devices.</li>
<li>Schedule and perform product demonstration which includes taking measurements and providing instructions to patients for the Lympha Press compression device.</li>
<li>Properly size the patient for a correct compression device fit.</li>
<li>Provide education to the patient regarding the use of compression therapy devices in all aspects, including the application of coordinating garments, ensuring proper size and fit, following prescribed protocols and initiating a therapy session.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate patient “rental agreements” and financial responsibility to the company, and verbal instructions and training with both patients and caregivers based on individual needs.</li>
<li>Manage and respond professionally to patient questions and concerns regarding the product and required documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure all scheduled appointments are confirmed in advance, provide details of expectations for the in-home visit, and organize equipment and supplies to effectively educate patients during the visit.?</li>
<li>Collaborate timely with internal operations teams on order completions and necessary documentation.</li>
<li>Identify, escalate, and communicate patient questions, concerns, or other needs to the patient relations team for follow up on the same day whenever possible.</li>

Education, Certificate and Licensure:
High School Diploma or General Education (GED); minimum of six (6) months related work experience and/or training in healthcare related fields. Professional certification or license preferred but not required. Previous medical device industry experience a plus.
