<li>Perform/administer standard nursing treatments and/or medications &amp; observes resident for desired or unwanted effects</li>
<li>Communicate &amp; collaborate with appropriate member(s) within the care team to revise/update the Nursing Care Plan or any pertinent findings including lab/test results, incidents, &amp;/or concerns</li>
<li>Monitor &amp; document vitals, treatments administered, &amp; residents' responses</li>
<li>Prepare, organize, oversee, monitor, &amp; evaluate delivery of care of resident CNA assignments &amp; activities, considering the category of needs &amp; competency of personnel</li>
</ul>
 Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an approved school of Nursing</li>
<li>Licensed &amp; currently registered in good standing in New York as an LPN</li>
<li>Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, &amp; compassionate care</li>
<li>Must possess a spirit of cooperation, caring &amp; enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation &amp; optimal resident health</li>
<li>Genuinely interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, &amp; sometimes challenging residents</li>
<li>Have excellent communication, customer service, &amp; organization skills</li>
<li>Work well under pressure &amp; willing to work harmoniously with all staff</li>
