Performs mammography operations to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes. 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB SUMMARY
Charge Nurses play an important supporting role to the Physicians of Midland Community Healthcare Services. They are expected to lead the clinical staff by example in providing excellent customer service while assessing, implementing, and evaluating the case of our patients. They are responsible for maintaining accurate and complete medical records of the clinic patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system. They also compile and report for health requirements and standards.
JOB DUTIES

<li>Acts as leader for clinical personnel under the Clinic Manager.</li>
<li>Facilitates personnel training and implementation of policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Conducts annual evaluations of staff alongside the Clinic Manager.</li>
<li>Aids management in implementing initiatives vital to the operation of MCHS and the success of its mission.</li>
<li>Assess the patients chief complaint or reason for the visit in order to properly prepare the patient for their visit with the provider. Document additional information not collected or disclosed during the initial triage.</li>
<li>Adequately stock patient rooms for the patient visit.</li>
<li>Maintain clean patient rooms, nurses station, and laboratory areas.</li>
<li>Learn and anticipate the needs of the provider to ensure an efficient and quality experience by the patient.</li>
<li>Prepare and administer medications, immunizations, vaccines, and shots as directed by providers orders and proper medical procedure.</li>
<li>Educate patients with regard to treatment procedures, medications, diets, and providers instructions.</li>
<li>Collect blood, urine, fecal, cultures, and other laboratory specimens, log the specimens, an prepare them for laboratory testing though company and/or the proper vendor procedure.</li>
<li>As needed, assist in maintaining proper stock of supplies, emergency supplies, review equipment functionality, and review proper oxygen tank levels.</li>
<li>Assist in the inventory process regarding medications, samples, immunizations, shots, ect.</li>
<li>Follow-up on patient calls, lab results, referrals, prescription requests, and patient questions.</li>
<li>Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies in accordance with OSHA and clinic policy.</li>
<li>Direct or supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a particular unit.</li>
<li>Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.</li>
<li>Comply with all OSHA safety regulations. Maintain biohazard containers; ensure proper sharps usage, and proper usage of PPE.</li>

To maintain the nursing staff in all areas as well as to deliver safe efficient age specific nursing care to patient/families.

This position will require you to travel to all 4 Infusion sites: &nbsp;Warrensville Hts, Streetsboro, North Ridgeville and Concord.
Qualifications
Education &nbsp;

<li>(ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)</li>
<li>(BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within 2 years of hire date (Required) or</li>
<li>(MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing within 2 years of hire date (Required)</li>
</ul>
Work Experience &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>1+ years clinical experience (Required)</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethic. (Required proficiency)</li>
