Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Full Time Therapist to join our clinical team in Galloway NJ. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, providing evidence-based counseling, coordinating care, and supporting clients through every stage of treatment. The ideal candidate will bring a trauma-informed and culturally competent approach to working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Assess the counseling needs of clients using evidence-based tools such as the ASI or other validated assessments.</li>
<li>Diagnose substance use and co-occurring disorders using DSM-5 criteria.</li>
<li>Determine appropriate level of care using ASAM criteria.</li>
<li>Obtain and review clinical records relevant to the current treatment episode.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans with measurable goals.</li>
<li>Deliver individual and group substance abuse counseling services in accordance with treatment plans.</li>
<li>Conduct periodic reviews using ASAM to determine the need for continued services or discharge.</li>
<li>Revise treatment plans as needed to reflect client progress and new challenges.</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive discharge and transfer plans to ensure continuity of care.</li>
<li>Coordinate with referral sources, including mental health professionals, criminal justice agencies, schools, and employers.</li>
<li>Participate as an active member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.</li>
<li>Provide clinical consultation and care coordination across departments.</li>
<li>Document all assessments, counseling sessions, referrals, and follow-up services in the clinical record with proper signatures and dates.</li>
<li>Attend daily and weekly staffing meetings as scheduled.</li>
<li>Recognize and respond appropriately to psychiatric crises, including suicidality and homicidality.</li>
<li>Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and mandatory reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain a culturally sensitive and ethical approach to all client interactions.</li>
<li>Address and respond to issues related to addiction, trauma, and dual diagnosis based on clinical expertise.</li>

Requirements

<li>The physician serves as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participates in administrative and quality initiatives for the facilities he or she is responsible for;</li>

Shift Structure
<ul>
<li>Rounding time is 7AM-1PM local time, during which the provider must be available to nursing staff and address acute/emergent issues that arise. </li>
<li>Shifts begin around 7AM local time with flexibility within reason.</li>
<li>Shifts are daily Monday-Friday </li>
<li>Charting/documentation can be completed off-site. </li>
<li>This is an in-person position.</li>

Job Description
· Pay Rate: Rate may vary due to local or non-local contracted rates: $combined Rate of pay. (Pay packages are a combination of taxable hourly rates, tax free allowances for travel, housing, and meal allowances) (Rates are subject to change via client need)

OPERATING ROOM TECHNICIAN/OR TECH/SURGICAL TECH
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepare the operating room: Set up equipment, sterilize instruments, and ensure there are adequate supplies </li>
<li>Prepare the patient: Wash and disinfect incision sites, position the patient, and monitor their comfort </li>
<li>Assist during surgery: Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon, maintain a sterile field, and monitor the patient's vital signs </li>
<li>Close the procedure: Assist with closing the wound and applying dressings </li>
<li>Care for the patient: Help transport the patient to the recovery room and update their records </li>
<li>Maintain the operating room: Clean and restock the operating room after each procedure </li>
</ul>
Skills and qualifications Knowledge of medical terminology, Experience with instrumentation, Ability to work well in a team, Ability to think quickly in emergency situations, and Ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
