Under the general direction of the Director of Nurses in the Care Center, the LPN Floor Supervisor will assist the DON and ADON with planning, coordinating, and managing the LPN clinical services for residents, and implement care as necessary and in accordance with TJC, federal, state, and local guidelines, organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Position communicates with medical staff, other departments, and outside agencies while maintaining confidentiality. STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

<li>Assist in emergencies, to include assessing the resident, notification of physician and family members, documentation, etc.</li>

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Surgical Technologist, in collaboration with the surgical team and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, assumes responsibility for the care and safety of the perioperative patient, instrumentation, supplies, and equipment during surgical and other invasive and non-invasive procedures. The Surgical Technologist ensures effective communication with the circulator, the surgeon, the patient and their family, as well as the other members of the surgical team.
What you will do in this role:
· You will set up and manage instruments, equipment, and supplies for all surgical procedures
· You will be responsible for maintaining a sterile field while passing instrumentation during an invasive procedure
· You will perform appropriate counts with circulator prior to the operation and before incision is closed
· You will assist in patient positioning, transporting, and obtaining needed equipment
· You will clean and prepare instruments for terminal sterilization
· You will assist in prepping room for the next patient
 What qualifications you will need:
· Graduation from an accredited school of Surgical Technologist or Certificate of Completion of the Operating Room Specialist Course from the Military is required
· A Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) is required in the South Carolina hospitals and is strongly preferred in the Georgia and Florida hospitals
· A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required
· One to two years of OR experience is preferred

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse on our High Risk Perinatal unit you will:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled and/or as needed, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assess patient environment for any safety risks and/or non-compliance with regulatory standards.&nbsp;Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.&nbsp;</li>
<li>​Assess patient condition for signs and symptoms of abuse or neglect. Reports any indications of abuse or neglect to medical provider(s), nurse leader, and/or appropriate agency.&nbsp;</li>
<li>​Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.&nbsp;</li>
<li>​Perform the administration of prescribed medications. Monitors patient for therapeutic response. Notifies provider and intervenes as appropriate in the event of an unintended response to medication. </li>

What qualifications you will need:
<ul>
<li>​​Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma​&nbsp;from an accredited school is required</li>
<li>Must hold a current Georgia RN license in good standing is required</li>
<li>​ Basic Life Support (BLS) – required within 30 days of hire</li>
<li>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)&nbsp;– required within 90 days of hire</li>
<li>​Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)&nbsp;– required within 90 days of hire</li>

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) RN, you will provide post-anesthesia nursing care to the patient in the immediate post-anesthesia period and transitioning the patient to Phase I recovery. You will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating a treatment plan and achieving the goals of the PACU department.
What you will do in this role:
· You will provide safe nursing care and safe environment for patients and families.
· You will transcribe and implement physician orders and document all patient related information.
· You will administer medication and IV fluids accurately and safely within nursing guidelines.
· You will update/revise plan of care as needed, based on continued assessment of patient. This includes providing care for patient discharge to nursing unit, including transport.
· You will effectively respond and perform in emergency and use critical thinking skills to perceive potential problem situations and intervene to offset adverse effects.
What qualifications you will need:
· Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required
· Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license
· Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required
· Minimum of 1-year previous Critical Care Nursing experience is required
