<li>Ensure BCBAs have the required tools and training needed to take on a full caseload and are able to effectively perform their jobs</li>
<li>Ensure that all created files, including presentations and reports, are recorded and archived appropriately</li>
<li>Verify that supervision and program management are performed up to company and BACB published standards</li>
<li>Assist in creating master schedule for client therapy</li>
<li>Use discretion and judgement to take on new clients based on “right fit” protocols</li>
<li>Ensure the on-boarding of new clients is a top priority when BCBAs have the available capacity to take on new clients</li>
<li>Participate in hiring and training new BCBAs and Behavior Technicians</li>
<li>Attend and/or lead required meetings</li>
<li>Facilitates parent/caregiver training</li>
<li>Analyzes progress data, modifies treatment plans, and updates client goals</li>
<li>Additional duties/projects as assigned</li>
</ul>
Required Skills
<ul>
<li>Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and LBA credential in good standing</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 Years of Experience working as a BCBA required</li>
<li>Preferred a total of 5 Years of Experience, 2 Years of Experience in a Supervisory role</li>
<li>Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)</li>
<li>Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs</li>
<li>Possesses strong communication, planning, time management, and leadership skills</li>
<li>Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment</li>
<li>Physically able to work on the floor with children, while providing therapy (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs.)</li>
<li>Able to use computers and tablets for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Has access to reliable transportation, holds a valid driver’s license, and is able to pass a background check</li>
