Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): This position requires the individual to have a minimum of a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP): This position requires a minimum of a master’s degree in a mental health-related field or a BACB approved degree category from an accredited institution who is trained and has one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with ASD. QBHPs must have a responsible BCBA supervisor, be on their third BACB accredited course, and have started their supervision experience to qualify.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA): This position requires the individual to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, have completed the BACB coursework in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Assistant Analyst (BCaBA).

<li>Assist with daily changes and updates to schedule as children and/or staff are out due to illness, vacation, etc.</li>
<li>Prepare social skills, gross motor, natural environment teaching and other learning programs.</li>

At Mountain Valley, we provide personalized hospice care to patients and their families during life’s most challenging moments. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional care. Work alongside a team of supportive nurses, social workers, chaplains, and providers who share a deep commitment to quality care and service.
What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide Hands-On Patient Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.</li>
<li>Ensure Comfort and Safety: Monitor patients for changes in condition, ensuring they are comfortable in their home environment – this could be their home, skilled nursing facility or assisted living facility.</li>
<li>Offer Emotional Support: Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing compassionate care.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with nurses, social workers, and chaplains to deliver holistic care that meets each patient’s needs.</li>
<li>Maintain Accurate Records: Document care provided, changes in patient condition, and other important details to ensure seamless communication with the care team.</li>
</ul>
Work Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Monday – Friday 8a – 5p</li>
<li>A rotating weekend schedule, working every 6th weekend, ensuring a fair balance of responsibilities across the team.</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current state licensure.</li>
<li>Experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a passion for compassionate care and a desire to make a difference.</li>
<li>Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a commitment to delivering excellent care.</li>
