Our facility is equipped with 4 advanced robotic systems. Comprehensive training is provided across all service lines, including orientation for both circulating and scrub roles. For nurses without prior Operating Room experience, our residency includes classroom instruction, online modules, and hands-on practice tailored to various learning styles.The residency lasts for 5 months, including a one-month mentorship period.
