<ul>
<li>Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program </li>
<li>Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing </li>
<li>Current CPR Certification</li>
<li>A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist</li>
<li>Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred</li>
<li>Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li>
<li>Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures</li>
<li>Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods</li>
<li>Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times</li>
<li>A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations</li>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our client’s team in Highlands Ranch, CO. This is a full-time, 13-week contract.
 
Job Summary:
The Phlebotomist is responsible for specimen collection (including pediatric and geriatric draws), specimen processing, and data entry, all while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Drawing quality blood samples from patients (including pediatric and geriatric)</li>
<li>Preparing specimens for testing</li>
<li>Ensuring proper documentation and patient interaction</li>
<li>Maintaining a safe and professional work environment</li>
<li>Upholding confidentiality, accuracy, and company values</li>
</ul>
 
Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>HS Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Up to an year of Phlebotomy experience</li>
</ul>
