Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. <li>Provide immediate support during emergencies or crisis situations (e.g., self-harm, suicidal ideation, or severe anxiety).</li>
<li>Implement strategies to ensure client safety and manage high-risk behaviors.</li>

<li>Documentation &amp; Record Keeping: 
<ul>
<li>Maintain confidential, accurate, and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.</li>
<li>Complete treatment notes, progress reports, and case reviews.</li>
</ul>

<li>Collaboration: 
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (doctors, psychiatrists, social workers, etc.) to provide comprehensive care.</li>
<li>Provide referrals when necessary for additional services like medication management or specialized care.</li>

<li>Education &amp; Support:

<li>Educate clients about their conditions and treatment options.</li>
<li>Offer coping strategies, stress management techniques, and skills for personal growth.</li>

The compensation package for this position includes a guaranteed base salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. This structure is designed to provide income stabilit while also rewarding productivity.
