Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide per-diem services in a rehabilitation facility in South Charleston, WV. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders, ensuring personalized care to support recovery and improve quality of life.

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.</li>
<li>Licensure/Certifications:</li>
<ul>
<li>Active state licensure in West Virginia.</li>
<li>BLS certification (required).</li>
</ul>
<li>Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology (rehab or acute care settings preferred).</li>
<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnostic assessments and treatment planning..</li>
<li>Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, adaptability, and patient-centered care.</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for rehab patients.</li>
<li>Provide therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic skills, and swallowing function.</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to coordinate care.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards.</li>
