Vice President of Administration and Finance

The Management and Organization (MOR) Department at the USC-Marshall School of Business seeks to hire new tenure-track faculty members in Strategy to begin in Fall 2024. We welcome applications from candidates at all ranks. We seek candidates who are or have the potential to become, leading scholars on topics relevant to strategy and organizations, including but not limited to innovation, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, alliances, innovation, and/or corporate strategy.&nbsp; We are also looking for displayed capability in teaching.
The MOR department is interdisciplinary; our 23 tenured/tenure-track faculty members span organizational behavior, organization theory, and strategy and have a variety of backgrounds, including psychology, sociology, economics, and general management/strategy. We are a collaborative and inclusive group committed to an environment that embraces a diversity of topics and methodological approaches. In the strategy area, research interests are broad, and faculty complement publishing in management and strategy journals with publications in discipline journals. We seek scholars who want to engage in a multi-disciplinary group, focus on core strategy questions, and who could potentially create undergraduate and/or MBA electives. We are seeking faculty who want to engage the strategy community, but publications in discipline journals are also valued. We are open to all kinds of methods and approaches.

Salary is dependent on qualifications, and employee benefits for full-time faculty are excellent.&nbsp; The annual base salary range for this position is $165,750 - $420,370.
