Utilizing the Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing processes, this role focuses on providing exceptional patient care. The Registered Nurse II is accountable for the care of assigned patients and coordinates with the surgical team in partnership with other departments. Upholding patient rights and maintaining the confidentiality of patient information is essential. Responsibilities are carried out in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service standards.
Position Details:
Minimum Requirements: - Education: Completion of a nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). - Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment or compact licensure, fulfilling all state board of nursing requirements. - Experience: A minimum of six months of experience in the operating room. Must be proficient in Level I requirements as outlined in policy. - Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
