Positn reqs a Bach /US or For Equiv in Math, Econ, or rel field & 5 yrs of exp in ABS/RMBS Originatn. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/: Mng lrge complx datasets usg strong math/analyticl skills such as loss projectns acrss asst classes & regressn modelg of econ data; Expert/adv use of MS Apps, Bloomberg, CAS & Intex; Exp carryg out securitizatn legal documentatn revw; Runng & nterpretg cashflw modelg outputs rel to securitizatn transactns usg strong know of securitizatn capitl structures; Wrkg w/ relevnt regulatry securitizatn framewrks across both the U.S. & Europe; & exp in acquisitn financg, warehse syndicatn & mezz placemnt for securitizd facilities.
