Our Gastroenterology section is seeking an Advanced Endoscopist as part of a planned expansion.&nbsp; Expertise in bariatric endoscopy and/or ESD are preferred.&nbsp; Our section serves a 357-bed tertiary referral center with opportunities for outreach into surrounding communities. The facility features an outpatient endoscopy unit and side by side clinic with 8 endoscopy suites.&nbsp; &nbsp;An IM hospitalist service manages all GI admissions and GI functions as a consultative service. Eleven NPs/PAs and six General GI Physicians support outpatient management of IBS, IBD and liver disease and the inpatient GI consultation service.&nbsp; This position can accommodate subspecialty interests and provides a 1: 3 call schedule.

<li>Our current group of seven physicians includes 6 general and one advanced endoscopy Gastroenterologist working in a 100% consultative practice.</li>

PRACTICE SPECIFICS
<ul>
<li>Join a dynamic team providing psychiatry services in an ambulatory clinic setting through an integrated team-based behavioral/mental health care delivery!&nbsp; </li>
<li>Practice includes psychiatric evaluation, treatment, outpatient assessment and follow-up clinic.</li>
<li>Desirable work schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexibility, up to a full FTE.&nbsp; Option for hybrid telehealth and clinic practice.</li>
<li>Clinical decision support, consult with experienced psychiatrists and advanced practice providers on patient cases.</li>
<li>Dedicated Clinic team supporting your practice by attending to scheduling, care coordination, phone triage, process refills, and other administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Can do a mix of face-to-face patient encounters with virtual encounters.</li>
<li>1.0 FTE</li>
<li>Patient Contact Hours:&nbsp; 35 for full-time</li>
<li>Interest in ECT’s would be supported.</li>
<li>Opportunity to work on the inpatient unit and/or participate in back-up call pool for additional compensation. (APRN’s take 100% of primary clinic call).</li>

About our Behavioral Health Team:
<ul>
<li>Join a group of 10 adults, 4 child and adolescent psychiatrists providing behavioral health care within a large integrated health system that is recognized for high-quality care.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The Behavioral Health Division provides a spectrum of care for children and adults, including inpatient psychiatric care, consult-liaison and emergency psychiatry, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, outpatient behavioral health clinic, and primary care-behavioral health integration.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Other members of the team include&nbsp;doctoral level psychologists, health psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, community health workers, RNs, and clinical assistants.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS

<li>Board Certified/Board Eligible Adult Psychiatrist</li>
<li>Board Certified/Board Eligible Child and Adolescent</li>

<li>Modern clinic attached to St. Mary’s Hospital-Superior</li>
<li>Admit to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. EM physicians staff the ED. Transfer complex cases to St. Mary's Medical Center*, a 330-bed facility (7 miles from Superior).</li>
<li>24-hour Nurse Care line; RN nurse triage office support in the clinic</li>
<li>Epic electronic medical records</li>
<li>Supported by hospitalists and elder care team for long-term care facilities</li>
<li>Shared call 1:8 (possibly 1:9) with an average phone call volume of 1-3 calls/night</li>
<li>Average # of patients seen per day: 16</li>
<li>Multi-specialty clinic includes: Family Medicine, Family Medicine with OB, Cancer and Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiology, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Liver Care, Kidney Care, Mental Health, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Sports Medicine, OT/PT/SLP, Pain Medicine, Pulmonology, Psychiatry (includes adult partial hospitalization program), Rheumatology, Substance Use Disorder, Urgent Care, Urology, Urologic Surgery, Vascular Medicine, Non-surgical Weight Loss, and many additional consult services. </li>
<li>Full-service clinic includes: laboratory, radiology (general radiology, 3D Mammography, MRI, CT), and retail pharmacy (includes medication management). </li>

Essentia Health – Duluth, Minnesota is seeking an experienced pathologist to join our team of 12 Pathologists within a physician-led, integrated health system. 

Work and live on the shores of Lake Superior. Our 12-Pathologist team works in a state-of-the-art laboratory at Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center, which was newly built and opened in 2023. This 1.0 FTE position is ideal for a Certified Pathologist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, and who has interest in Surgical Pathology. Sub-specialty certification in Hematopathology is a plus. The role offers competitive salary and benefits and is located in a region with a significant service area providing a wide variety of clinical acuity.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

<li>Ideal candidate: Vibrant, hardworking, team player with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience; must be anatomic &amp; clinical pathology certified</li>
<li>Specialization: Broad interest in Surgical Pathology; Fellowship and board certification in Hematopathology a plus</li>
<li>Lab: Active clinical and anatomic pathology lab within St. Mary’s Medical Center – opened in July 2023</li>
<li>Practice: Expanding referral practice in MN, WI, ND and Upper MI; no autopsies</li>
