This individual performs a variety of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, light maintenance, and security tasks to maintain clean, orderly and safe buildings, grounds and food service operations. This individual is required to work with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring respectful communication and cooperation with other team members. This individual interacts with visitors, clients and staff in a professional, helpful manner. It is essential that all staff is aware of their performance and the effect it may have on clients, visitors and colleagues. This individual will participate as a team member in emergency situations and is required to attend all assigned trainings and meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Clean and service interior rooms and external areas of CADT facilities including restrooms, smoking areas, walkways, parking lots, entrances, bedrooms, dining rooms, lobbies, etc.</li>
<li>Clean kitchen, refrigerator, food preparation area, and wash dishes at Detox. This individual is responsible for monitoring and maintaining food safety.</li>
<li>Sweep, vacuum, mop, shampoo carpets/floors, scrub, strip, sanitize, wash, and buff floors using electrically powered machines.</li>
<li>Gather and dispose of rubbish and waste materials.</li>
<li>Dust blinds, furniture, cabinets, window sills, vents, etc.; polish furniture and metalwork.</li>
<li>Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, mirrors, and fixtures using step and extension ladders.</li>
<li>Make rounds of buildings and grounds at regular intervals to observe appearances and conditions of premises and equipment, identify needed repairs or safety hazards, repair/correct problems within own scope of practice, and report other problems to Office Manager.</li>
<li>Follow all universal precautions, bloodborne pathogens standards, and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed while cleaning client care areas.</li>
<li>Replace light bulbs and fuses.</li>
<li>Perform grounds maintenance, including snow/ice removal from sidewalks, salting walkways, mowing small areas of grass, trimming shrubs, watering plants, etc.</li>
<li>Interact with staff, clients and visitors in a professional and respectful manner.</li>
<li>Participate as a team member in emergency situations such as behavioral control situations, fire drills and medical emergencies.</li>
<li>Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning and other supplies and paper products. Turn in orders to Office Manager. Make recommendations for repairs/improvements to buildings, grounds and equipment.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Must have knowledge and skills in standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of janitorial services.</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules, and knowledge of proper handling and use of chemicals.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to follow instructions, read and understand printed instructions.</li>
<li>Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.</li>
<li>Must be CPR and First Aid certified before direct patient contact.</li>

Job Summary
This position is located in Duluth, MN. Primary responsibilities include providing flight and ground instruction to Cirrus employees who are current flying club members. The flying club flight instructor will also assist with the safety, recordkeeping, ramp operations, and fleet management functions of the Cirrus Flying Club.
Other responsibilities include acting as pilot in command of Cirrus aircraft while performing 14 CFR part 91 corporate flight operations, demonstration flights, ferry flights when needed. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales &amp; Growth

<li>Drive membership and personal training sales to achieve monthly goals.</li>
<li>Connect with prospects, new members, and current members to engage them, schedule tours, and support retention and usage.</li>
<li>Stay organized and on track with your sales and outreach efforts using a structured daily process.</li>
<li>Implement local marketing campaigns with organic social media content and reach out to the community, strengthening brand awareness and building local connections.</li>

<li>Handle weekly bank deposits, till counts, and inventory tracking.</li>
<li>Oversee the Personal Training department, tracking sessions and performance.</li>
<li>Approve time-off requests and manage timecards to ensure proper staffing.</li>
<li>Review club performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li>

Leadership &amp; Development
