<li>Execute service agreements with independent insurance agents/adjusters and become their preferred vendor for flood and fire losses</li>

<li>Exhibit and attend insurance industry&nbsp;tradeshows&nbsp;</li>
<li>Become an industry-recognized speaker and SME for restoration within the insurance industry</li>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Your Key Responsibilities 
<ul>\n
<li>Complete 7,000 hours between the College Program and on-the-job training (OJT) in our manufacturing facilities</li>
\n
<li>Operate and maintain CNC, lathe and mill</li>
\n
<li>Inspects tooling for damage or wear after production</li>
\n
<li>Makes major repairs to tooling</li>
\n
<li>Completes minor tool optimization projects</li>
\n
<li>Maintain complete and accurate records on tooling as required</li>
\n
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area</li>
\n
<li>Follows all safety rules and practices</li>
\n
<li>Follows all quality procedures</li>
\n
<li>Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices including 5-S standards</li>
\n
<li>Successfully complete, to the Company's specification, courses of study required for the Associates Degree in Machine Tool Technology</li>
\n</ul>
\n Your Qualifications 
<ul>\n
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
\n
<li>Successful completion of the Compass Placement Test (required for school admission)</li>
\n
<li>Ability to move or lift 35 pounds</li>
\n
<li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship</li>
