Summary:

SECU Family House is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization into their next phase of growth. Their current, long-time, well-respected Executive Director is retiring in early 2026.
Job Description 
The Executive Director provides strategic leadership on a day-to-day basis for the SECU Family&nbsp;House. The ED is responsible for the overall financial, operational, and relationship management of the SECU Family House. Working in collaboration with the Board of Directors, the ED oversees short- and long-term objectives and operations of the facilities, builds relationships with volunteers, staff, patients and guests, and maintains and cultivates relationships with community, corporate and government groups.
Current considerations of SECU Family House include how to better meet the growing demand for their services in the wake of changing Medicaid coverage and general increases in the cost of medical care.&nbsp;
