Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Work safely at all times without incident. You are empowered to STOP work at any time due to unsafe conditions.</li>
<li>Safely fuel locomotives on an on-call basis during your scheduled shift — paid for the full 12 hours, regardless of the number of dispatches.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to all railroad dispatches.</li>
<li>Complete accurate diesel accounting paperwork and perform pre- and post-shift vehicle and equipment inspections.</li>
<li>Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li>
<li>Follow all customer safety rules and regulations.</li>
<li>Report any spills or safety-related incidents immediately.</li>
<li>Assist with light maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and work area.</li>
<li>Maintain current training, licenses, and certifications.</li>
<li>Demonstrate reliability, safety, and professionalism through attendance, communication, and conduct.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager or Site Leader.</li>

The Environmental Services Tech is responsible for providing a clean, sanitized environment for patients, visitors, and all hospital staff. Environmental Services is also responsible for the clean environment of facilities other than the hospital, such as the duplex, Billing and Medical Records office, Ambulance Base, and WGH Primary Care offices. The Environmental Services Tech provides security for the parking areas, maintains a security logbook, and locks and unlocks doors to ensure safety for hospital staff, patients, and visitors. Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Schedules employees as directed by client's care plan established upon intake.</li>
<li>Processes patient authorizations and communicate with central admissions, enter reauthorizations into client record and ensure chart preparation for all new clients.</li>
<li>Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence. Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.</li>
<li>Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct by holding employees accountable to the company's policies and guidelines.</li>
<li>Assists with the new hire process for all new employees and ensures all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>
Position Requirements &amp; Competencies:
<ul>
<li>Must have high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>3-5 years of health care experience required in home care, home health, hospice.</li>
<li>6 months supervisor experience required.</li>
<li>Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation.</li>
