Employment Position – Inside Sales Representative

Summary of Position
An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers and contractors, by providing quotes and product information, whether in person, over the phone, or through electronic communication (i.e., website, email, etc.), while maintaining company standards of excellent customer service. An Inside Sales Representative must exhibit excellent product knowledge and ensure that company processes and procedures are followed relating to the sales and reporting processes. An Inside Sales Representative must ensure a culture of safety, accountability, and cleanliness at their location, including making sure product is properly merchandised. The direct supervisor of an Inside Sales Representative is the Retail Manager.
Responsibilities of Position
<ul>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups as necessary.</li>
<li>Listens to and resolves customer service complaints or requests when appropriate. Requests assistance from the Retail or General Manager in resolving customer complaints when necessary.</li>
<li>Code and input customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the point-of-sale computer system, ensuring the accuracy of invoices, work orders, and sales tickets.</li>
<li>Operate and balance cash register daily.</li>
<li>Research credits, returns, and delinquent payments as needed.</li>
<li>Assist customers in the purchase and delivery of special-order products through the utilization and understanding of product information contained within Supplier catalogs (i.e., pricing, colors, sizes, availability, etc.).</li>
<li>Cooperate with the credit department in obtaining customer credit information and aid in collecting delinquent accounts.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining inventory, product displays, and pricing labels within assigned area in regard to merchandising standards by stocking, facing, straightening, and cleaning or any other task necessary to maintain appearance of products within showroom.</li>
<li>Transports merchandise to specified areas for customer pickup or delivery.</li>
<li>Actively seek to minimize shrinkage of inventory and protect the store against shoplifting and internal theft.</li>
<li>Work with Outside Sales Representative(s) to ensure customer satisfaction, including, but not limited to, responding to questions or inquiries pertaining to orders and/or product inquiries and pricing.</li>
<li>Develop and learn estimating skills to provide material take offs for construction projects.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors.</li>
</ul>

<li>Actively engages in increasing knowledge of sales techniques and developing product and industry knowledge through attending company training programs and develops knowledge of residential, rural, industrial, and commercial construction.</li>
</ul>

<li>Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.</li>
</ul>

<li>Perform other assigned job duties and responsibilities in the store / showroom as requested by the Retail or General Manager, including, but not limited to, cutting glass or Plexiglas (where sold), mixing paint, cutting keys, etc.</li>

Required Skills
<ul>
<li>Previous sales experience, knowledge of building materials, applications, related equipment, and/or construction industry is desired, but not required.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Interpersonal and communication skills in order to talk to, and especially listen to, customers and contractors.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to utilize company point-of-sale system (Bistrack), Microsoft Office programs (Word &amp; Excel), and other 3rd party software applications at an intermediate level.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

The RRT will assist with management of the Cardiac Rehabilitation caseload as appropriate. Specific tasks include but are not limited to: Cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, physical assessment including inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation. Identifies dysrhythmias accurately and correlates appropriate interventions. Interprets twelve-lead electrocardiograms and telemetry monitoring equipment with emphasis on identification of significant ischemic changes. Correlates appropriate interventions based on interpretations. Performs emergency cardiac care measures including defibrillation, initiation and maintenance of intravenous fluids, administration of emergency medications and initiation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and/or advanced cardiac life support measures. Operates telemetry monitoring equipment. Performs psychomotor exercises at activity levels consistent with phases of cardiac rehabilitation protocol. Operates audiovisual equipment for participant education. Promotes behavioral changes consistent with medication compliance, smoking withdrawal, dietary modifications, and appropriate exercise habits. Maintains appropriate records and performs QI activities as may be required. Participates in policy development, review and revision. Coordinates and administers cardiac rehab education classes for patient and family.

Requirements:

The role requires daily onsite presence from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Physician Assistant - Orthopaedic Surgery

Job Description
The Phlebotomist is responsible for providing the most accurate and concise test specimen as technically possible. Phlebotomists must be knowledgeable in recognizing if particular specimens have been correctly collected by different departments, as well as being quite proficient in performing venipuncture for blood samples. Phlebotomists must have the necessary minimum knowledge skills to provide basic services to patients and customers of all ages. Phlebotomists must maintain a professional disposition at all times when taking care of patients. Phlebotomist collects venous and capillary blood specimens from patient, urine/timed urine specimen collection, DOT and NON-DOT urine drug collection, plates culture specimens to appropriate media, performs waived testing, and performs various office and clerical duties of the department including answering the phone and faxing reports.
Shift: Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays Hours: Varies. 
Requirements:

<li>Working to obtain high school diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy licensure preferred.</li>

Job Description
The Surgical RN has responsibilities to perform duties in all areas of the unit: Central Supply, Recovery Room, Major and Minor surgery areas, as well as Same Day Surgery. Using the nursing process, each patient is assessed, and a plan of care developed and implemented for patients of all ages, including infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Also acts as educator preoperatively when discussing case with patient and postoperatively when giving discharge instructions. The Surgery RN is responsible for management of airway (O2, ET tube and suctioning techniques), chest drainage tubes, catheters (urethral, suprapubic, and 3-way irrigation), IV lines, central lines, administration of blood and blood products, and suction equipment. Other knowledge includes monitoring laparoscopic, orthopedic, arthroscopic, and general surgical equipment. The OR nurse participates in Quality Improvement, Quality Control, narcotic counts, submission of daily charges and statistics, updates chart, reviews test results and understands significance.
Shifts: Three 12-hour shifts.
Requirements:

<li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.</li>
<li>Licensed and current registration as a professional nurse in the State of Illinois.</li>
<li>Current CPR and ACLS Certification.</li>
<li>Clinical experience preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of the nursing process and strong nursing practice skills including physical assessment skills.</li>
<li>Proof of current coronary care or intensive care training.</li>
<li>May be required to work any day of the week including holidays and weekends.</li>
<li>Great deal of walking, lifting, stooping, bending and pushing.</li>

Surgery Registered Nurse

Job Description
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) possesses sufficient training and experience to perform respiratory care procedures as prescribed, with limited supervision and in accordance with departmental policies and approved procedures, to patients of all ages, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The RRT is also a vital part of the ACLS and Rapid Response Team, performing CPR and ventilations as required for the situation. The RRT is also responsible for cardiac and respiratory diagnostic procedures. Along with the various other duties the RRT will clean, maintain, and troubleshoot all equipment.
Hours: As needed. Shifts: Vary
Requirements:

<li>Graduate of a Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (COARC) approved program of respiratory care and licensed by the state of Illinois as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. AAS degree required, but Bachelors of Science degree preferred</li>
<li>Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required</li>
<li>Maintain a current CPR card or must obtain a current CPR card within orientation period</li>
<li>ACLS preferred</li>
<li>Clinical experience in all aspects of respiratory care, extensive critical care background preferred</li>
