Express Lane Service Advisor is a full time (40 hours a week) Local 777, union position. 
The schedule is a rotating schedule working a rotating 4 days per week and 10 hours per day. Hours per shift are: 7 am - 6 pm. This position does require working on some Saturdays.
Express Lane Advisors make an hourly pay with the opportunity to earn weekly commissions based off Service Drive maintenance sales.

Performs inspection, preventative and corrective maintenance procedures on material handling equipment to include but not limited to carton conveying equipment, pallet conveying equipment, cranes, and physical building structures within our automated warehouse. Works independently on tasks, but also works as part of a team on work or projects as designated by the lead or supervisor. Performs diagnostics and uses formal documentation i.e., electrical prints, mechanical drawings to analyze, improve and repair equipment. Adheres to all maintenance safe work practices and maintains a safe working environment at all times.

Job DescriptionMaintenance Mechanic III (Full Time) Evenings - 2 PM to 10:30 PM
The role of Maintenance Mechanic III involves the independent operation, upkeep, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and movable equipment systems within extensive hospital facilities. This position demands advanced technical expertise, outstanding customer service abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously while maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates with experience in healthcare facility maintenance, relevant certifications, and familiarity with maintenance management software are highly preferred.

This position is highly specialized, requiring in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and movable equipment. The individual in this role will be equipped to address repair challenges independently with minimal oversight. Supporting large hospital campuses, the Maintenance Mechanic III is essential for the operation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical and plumbing systems, as well as movable equipment. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are vital. The primary objective of this role is to ensure a safe working environment and contribute to an outstanding Environment of Care.

<li>Licensure: Must possess a valid driver's license</li>
<li>Experience: At least 4 years of commercial experience with equipment such as electrical systems, plumbing, pneumatic tube systems, beds, wheelchairs, or stretchers.</li>

<li>Other Skills and Knowledge:</li>
<ul>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and adherence to instructions.</li>
<li>Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals.</li>
<li>Numerical skills for calculations related to testing, installation, measurement, estimation, and equipment repair.</li>
<li>Capability to prioritize tasks and visualize the final product.</li>
<li>Form perception necessary for measuring and installing parts and equipment.</li>

<li>Proficiency in various computer software, including Outlook, TMS, and/or Nuvolo.</li>
