Job Purpose:
The Service Advisor liaises between customers and technicians, ensuring superior customer service and efficient repair scheduling. They prepare and bill repair orders, assign work, and manage customer communication. The role prioritizes honoring commitments, fostering positive customer experiences, and continuous learning.

The General Service Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business.
