<li>Realizar la inspección de “double check” al finalizar cada unidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y la corrección de cualquier problema o situación que surja según la inspección. De este modo evitamos accidentes y “come-backs”.</li>
<li>Se asegura que cumplamos con los tiempos de espera ofrecidos al cliente.</li>
<li>Coordinar con el equipo de “Quick Lube” para mantener el área limpia y organizada, asegurando un entorno de trabajo seguro y eficiente.</li>
<li>Supervisar al personal del “Quick Lube”, brindando orientación, capacitación y apoyo para garantizar un desempeño óptimo y una excelente atención al cliente.</li>
<li>Supervisar a todos los Service Greeters, quienes brindan servicios en: recibimiento de clientes, runner de Service Drive a parking, entrega de unidad al cliente, movimiento de unidades a Zona1 ó Zona2, movimiento de unidades fuera de la empresa para trabajos especiales, con la debida aprobación del Supervisor, manejo del Shuttle.</li>
<li>Establecer y mantener altos estándares de control de calidad, asegurando que cada unidad de mantenimiento cumpla con los criterios establecidos antes de ser entregada a los clientes.</li>
<li>Coordinar con proveedores y asegurarse de que los suministros y materiales necesarios para los mantenimientos estén disponibles de manera oportuna y adecuada.</li>
<li>Resolver cualquier problema o conflicto que surja en el taller, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva con el personal y los clientes.</li>
<li>Debe garantizar que las áreas de trabajo estén limpias y seguras en cumplimiento con los Estándares de Seguridad.</li>

Requisitos &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Grado Asociado/Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas ó su equivalente en experiencia. Al menos dos (2) años de experiencia previa en Servicio al cliente.</li>
<li>Excelentes destrezas de comunicación y presencia ante el cliente.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Conocimiento en Dealer FX, CDK y en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) y/o cualquier otro programa requerido del departamento.</li>
<li>Licencia de conducir tiene que estar vigente (PR/US)</li>
<li>Conocimiento sólido de técnicas de venta y estrategias para maximizar las ventas en el sector automotriz.</li>
<li>Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y gestionar equipos.</li>
<li>Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.</li>
<li>Capacidad para tomar decisiones rápidas y eficientes, priorizando tareas y resolviendo problemas de manera efectiva.</li>
<li>Orientación al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno rápido y exigente.</li>
<li>Conocimiento de normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional en el sector automotriz.
