The&nbsp;Service Advisor&nbsp;will interview customers, run vehicle health reports, communicate symptoms with customer’s vehicle(s), enter data into the business system with accuracy, and coordinate incoming repairs with the service supervisor, schedule service technicians on orders, invoice customer tickets, and keep customers informed about status repairs.

<li>Coordinate and schedule techs on service orders, and quotes with customers.</li>
<li>Occasionally open the building and parking lot in the morning and close both in the evenings.</li>
<li>Write a detailed description of the customer’s concern on the repair order to help the technician diagnose the repairs needed.</li>
<li>Communicate the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer and coordinates upcoming service appointments.</li>
<li>Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.</li>
<li>Negotiate the cost of repairs with third party warranty vendors.</li>
<li>Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.</li>
<li>Checks on progress of repair throughout the day and clearly communicate to customer.</li>
<li>Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.</li>
<li>Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed, and additional work and authorization is noted.</li>
<li>Closes repair order as appropriate.</li>
<li>Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.</li>
<li>Maintains safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures, complying with codes. ·</li>
<li>Invoice customers pay tickets and coordinate warranty repairs.</li>
<li>Navigate and manage multiple databases simultaneously.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

<li>Recibir al cliente con prontitud, a la hora de la cita y lo hace de forma cordial, profesional y ordenada.</li>
<li>Orientar y mantener seguimiento constante y efectivo con cliente.</li>
<li>Verificar diariamente las citas del día y las del siguiente para planificarse.</li>
<li>Realiza la inspección de condición de recibo del vehículo mediante el Walk-around tomando fotos digitales, con el cliente presente.</li>
<li>Basándose en lo informado por el cliente durante la entrevista de recibo del vehículo, incluye la queja en la orden de reparación con la información completa y los más detallada posible cumpliendo con los procesos requeridos: ¿Qué?, ¿Cuándo?, ¿Cómo?, ¿Dónde? y lo acompaña con cualquier nota informativa u observación para el beneficio del taller.</li>
<li>Actualizar el perfil del cliente y del auto antes de imprimir la hoja de trabajo, entiéndase: nombre, teléfono, email, dirección, color del vehículo, tablilla y fecha de entrega.</li>
<li>Ofrecer y coordinar pruebas de carretera con cliente y personal técnico de ser necesario. </li>
<li>Establecer las prioridades de los trabajos, de acuerdo con las promesas de entregas y necesidades, manejándolas efectivamente con los Técnicos y Jefe Taller tomando en cuenta disponibilidad de las piezas, personal y tiempo que toma el servicio. </li>
<li>Revisar periódicamente sobre el estado del vehículo durante el tiempo de servicio y contactar al cliente cuando los técnicos descubran problemas adicionales, obtener la aprobación del cliente por escrito, para hacer cualquier trabajo adicional; explicar cuál será el trabajo realizado y los cargos que se facturarán. Generar el envío del documento de inspección/estimado al cliente, que contiene costo de piezas y labor e inspección multipuntos y los discutirá con el cliente.</li>
<li>Se encarga de dar seguimiento interno a departamentos relacionados como Piezas y Ventas.</li>
<li>Dar seguimiento al estatus de piezas ordenadas.</li>
<li>Realizar llamadas de seguimiento al cliente con el fin de generar citas que aportan a más entrada de vehículos al taller (tráfico) trabajando reporte de seguimiento de citas de mantenimientos, reporte de piezas pendiente por instalar (SOR) y trabajos pendientes (Denied Work). </li>
<li>Manejar quejas de los clientes y el mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente.</li>
<li>Promover la participación de los clientes a completar la encuesta enviada por Fabricante (Customer Service Index).</li>
<li>Notificar al Jefe de Taller y Gerente de Servicio, sobre cualquier inconveniente, retraso o situación relacionada a una reparación y/o servicio al cliente. </li>
<li>Notificar al cliente con prontitud cuando la unidad esté lista para ser recogida.</li>
<li>Responsable de realizar el cobro de los servicios al cliente.</li>
<li>Realizar llamadas de 24 y 48 horas como parte de seguimiento al cliente del trabajo realizado, generando lealtad y satisfacción por el servicio brindado y a su vez promover la participación de completar la encuesta (CSI).</li>
<li>Mantener ordenadas y limpias las áreas de sala de espera, trabajo y cualquier otra relacionada.</li>
