Vice President- HR Business Partner

Vice President- HR Business Partner w/ BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. in NY, NY. Partner closely w/ Sr HR Business Partner, head of bus, & exec mgmt team & ensure that organizational structure aligns to bus strategies & objectives. Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or Foreign Equiv) in HR, Psych, Mgmt, Organization Dvlpmnt, or rel field & 7 yrs of exp in job offered or rel role. Must have 7 yr of exp w/ the following: HR Bus Partner exp n the banking industry w/ sr client exposure; Supporting a comparable client base w/ in the Banking/Fin industry; Leading projects, mng change, & helping to foster/create a collaborative working environment; Designing, building, & implementing HR functional programs, policies, tools, & procedures; Exp w/ HR Mgmt Systems incl Oracle People Soft; Exp w/ compensation tools incl fixed salary, variable compensation, applicable deferred plans, & retention scheme; Exp w/ appraisal tools incl objectives, interviews, career path, & personal dvlpmnt plan; Exp w/ interview tools incl scoping & reporting; Exp w/ reporting tools incl office presence, compliance, & mandatory trainings; Exp w/ generic IT tools incl Excel, PowerPoint, & Word; Working collaboratively to facilitate the delivery of HR support in numerous locations & on numerous topics incl strong involvement in yrly compensation process; Building trust & reliability w/ partners & stakeholders, both on client & HR sides, measured thru collection of regular feedback on staff performance & measurement of client/partner satisfaction, especially around yr end appraisal time; Mng multi priorities & projects thu successful delivery & implementation under time, & w/ in budget; Navigating matrix organization w/ global & regional structures; & Partnering & leading specialty functions of HR (e.g., compensation, learning & devlpmnt, mobility, employee relations) desired w/ a mix of operational, strategic & systems thinking exp. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas RCC Inc office in NY, NY.
