Req'mts: Bachelor's or foreign equiv in Biochemistry, Food Sci or rel. field & 10 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or rel. occupation: utilizing exp w/ingredients incl hydrocolloids, protein, cellulosics, emulsifiers, & sweeteners used to create food products or beverages acceptable & enjoyable by consumers. 10-20% trvl req'd nationally & internationally.
