Capture Manager to join their team for a remote 1-3 month contract, with the potential to convert to a permanent position.
In this role you will demonstrate senior-level abilities in identifying and winning business with government clients.This position requires CURRENT, relevant health care-related business development and Capture Manager experience with the Veterans Affairs (VA) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) and preferably with Health and Human Services, Bureau of Prisons, and other State and Local Healthcare-related Government organizations. Candidates must be able to travel to call on Government officials as needed, as well as attend pertinent meetings with the Growth team in their Annapolis, MD office. Responsibilities:Identify and win executable business for Government clients through applying expertise across the business development life cycle, from opportunity qualification through strategic capture and proposal and development.Leverage senior-level leadership and extensive community relationships within the VA, DHA, and other health care-related organizations to obtain client meetings, gain opportunity intelligence, influence the solicitation, and position company as the preferred contractor prior to the release of the final solicitation.Coordinate and drive all phases of capture activities and strategy execution and support Line Managers with win strategy and win theme development, competitive assessments/black-hats, pricing strategy, call plan development and execution, and integrated capture activity timeline to improve probability-of-win (Pwin) as opportunities move through the BD lifecycle including bid and proposal.Lead capture for complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients' requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and building a differentiated team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid.Drive market-based competitive intelligence, market assessments, client assessments, and strategic planning efforts in support of expanding specific client-based opportunity portfolios and pipeline.Manage key stakeholder relationships, keep the business leadership team informed, and engage in advancing strategic partnerships with clients and industry partners.

Qualifications:
Completed 4-year bachelor's degree, preferably in a Health Care-Related, Business, Technology, Communications, or Scientific fields.
Two years of additional related experience can be substituted for each year of education shortfall.10+ years of business development/capture management experience with at least 5 years of experience capturing healthcare services/staffing opportunities at VA, DHA, DHHS, and other Federal, State, and Local healthcare organizations.Deep subject matter expertise in the Federal, State, and Local Government healthcare industry and program operations issues and the ability to apply that knowledge to anticipate issues/enhance solutions for the federal government, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.Must be able to create technical content specific to the proposal needs.Demonstrated experience with federal contracting, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), prime and/or subcontractor teaming arrangements, and proposal development.
