The ideal candidate is a passionate digital designer, an analytical thinker, and focused on a Human Centered Design methodology. Responsibilities:Provide solutions to increase bookings, loyalty program, guest engagement, and elevate our client's family of brands.Conduct competitive analysis to form educated suggestions on ways to improve the digital booking experience through testing.Use learnings to recommend ux solutions and present to Digital, Product Management, and Digital Analytics leadership.Maintain creative assets and update template files as necessary.Support marketing and property reqeusts by mapping out efficient user journeys and intuitivie content hierarchy.Support others to become great, passionate, talented designers.Document detailed user-flows, define user interaction, and study competitive patterning.Design site maps, wireframes, page states, and prototypes.Guarantee deliverables are executed on target; assuring that quality standards are achieved and exceeded.Constantly innovate/ideate digital products and convey recommendations to senior leadership for new experiences.Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed; giving detail written direction to development and product teams.Produce user flows and architectural recommendations for digital projects of all sizes across all channels (mobile, tablet, desktop, and emerging.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors5+ years of digital design experience for a world-class creative agency and/or hospitality, entertainment, or retail brand.App & responsive web design experience required.Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.Expertise in product design tools, i.e.
Adobe XD or similar.Must supply examples of work/portfolio to be considered.Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized; excels working collaboratively and independently.Strong prioritization/adaptation skills; ability to shift focus as business needs dictate.Highly engaged with digital products and has a passion for learning new technologies.Be results-driven, innovative, solutions-oriented, and curious.Ability to establish, strengthen, and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Keen sense of visual, design and usability solutions.Solid presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).Expertise in information architecture and user-centric design principles.Understanding of CMS systems and web publishing standards/best practices; AEM a plus.Fluency in globalization and language best practices with regard to design a plus.Familiarity with Accessibility visual standards.
