Position Summary:

As a member of the MarTech team, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering capabilities of the marketing automation platforms for the Enterprise Marketing function as well as the organization as a whole.  This will include evaluating and understanding existing usage of the platform, identifying solutions for new needs, opportunities to further connect and leverage marketing systems, and creating and overall support strategy to ensure we effectively address technical debt and run our systems safely and securely. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Identify, design, develop and test solutions leveraging martech tools in support of the Enterprise Marketing function
  • Apply engineering solutions to real-world marketing use cases
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation wherever possible
  • Experience implementing API and other integrations
  • Limited but meaningful understanding of AWS storage and FTP services
  • Deep understanding of marketing processes and procedures
  • Partner with business and Enterprise Technology teams across the enterprise to drive out solutions that meet business objectives


  • Proven self-starter in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with martech and marketing automation platforms
  • Thrives in a cross-functional team
  • Intermediate-Expert with one of the following email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot, etc)
  • Understanding of Data filters and audience segmentation
  • Intermediate SQL
  • Understanding of HTML/JavaScript
  • Email automation support
  • Solid analytical, problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Self-directed, highly motivated and independent

    **This position will be in a hybrid working arrangement.**

    Physical job requirements:

  • Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • Ability to utilize telephone for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to perform grasping tasks throughout the entire work day (examples: handwriting, grasping of equipment/machines, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, handling stacks of paper)
