Production Lead’s in River Falls, WI | $22.00 to $26.00/Hour DOE Our Production Lead’s workweek is Monday to Friday with hours starting at 2:00 pm until 10:30 pm. This job is a  Food Manufacturing type position that that pays $22.00 to $26.00/Hour DOE and is a  Temp-to-hire opportunity. Production Lead Duties and Responsibilities –- Oversee assigned production line(s) in the manufacturing and packaging of product. - Lead line workers to maximize productivity and quality, acting as a liaison between the production supervisors and production staff. - Direct and assign work to employees within their specific area/line as needed to reach daily production targets - Ensure all required documentation is present and completed - Monitor equipment and notify Production Shift Supervisor and Maintenance of any equipment issues or problems impacting production - Train and coach new and existing employees - Maintain safe working conditions - Assist with supervisory duties as needed - Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of products manufactured in the facility - Perform other job-related duties as assigned  Production Lead Requirements and Qualifications –- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily- 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment and/or food industry.- Production and packaging equipment and process experience - Demonstrated leadership skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment - Self-directed and capable of working without close supervision- Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required- High School diploma or GED required  How to Apply for Award Staffing’s Production Lead’s in River Falls, WIWe at Award Staffing are excited to speak with you about this fantastic opportunity to build your future!
