Picking and Packing in Shakopee, MN | $19.00/Hour Our Picking and Packign workweek is Monday to Friday with hours starting at 1:00pm until 9:30pm. This job is a Light Industrial type position that that pays $19.00/Hour and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity. Pickign and Packing Duties and Responsibilities –-Maintain a safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to companies safety regulations -Responsible for checking out equipment and returning in same condition -In the restock function great customer service must be provided by quickly and accuratey restocking product into designated low bay bins as directed by a voice or radio frequency unit-In the cehcking function quick and efficient inspection and audit is required of outbound customer orders for accurace and compliance, seal the orders, and direct completed orders to be invoiced and shipped -In the picking function quick and accurate picking of product is required -Orders are picked from designated locations and placed into cartons that are on a pre-built pick cart. This done by direction of a voice or Radio Frequency (RF) unit-Drop leftover cases or other discrepancies at designated areas -May consruct cartons and build carts -Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines -Regular and prompt attendance -Other duties as assigned
