Physical Therapist/Long Term Care – Physical Therapy

Physical
Therapist needed in Long Term Care or a 13 week Travel Assignment.  Earn up to $1,960.00 a week (based
on 40 hours a week).

**This is an 13 week contract with the
possibility of extending in Union Gap, WA.**

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of PT Experience

·        
Long Term Care or Rehab Experience

Shift:

• Monday
  through Friday 8 hour Days (40 hours a week)
• No
  Call Required
• Weekends
  as needed

Pay:

• Weekly
  Rate: $1,720.00 – $1,960.00 Dependent on experience (based on 40 hours a
  week)
• Hourly
  Rate: $43.00 – $49.00 Dependent on experience

Requirements:

·        
Minimum 2 years of PT Experience

·        
Long Term Care or Rehab Experience

·        
BLS – American Heart Association (AHA)

·        
Doctorate

·        
Washington State Physical Therapy
License

·        
All credentials current and in good standing
