The Lima Civil Service Board will conduct an open and competitive written examination for the following position:

PARKING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
POLICE DEPARTMENT

Salary Range: Starting pay is $15.00 per hour (part-time)

Job Responsibilities: In addition to the following, performs other related duties as required:
Under general supervision, patrols street parking and other areas in the central business district or other areas as directed; issues tickets to violators; collects parking meter revenue; other duties as required.

Necessary Qualifications: The minimum acceptable qualifications for this position are:
Must be a High School graduate or have GED and be at least 18 years of age; must be able to pass a background check; must possess valid Ohio driver’s license.
