Position Overview:
CV Resources is currently searching for a highly skilled M&A Integrations Manager to lead post-merger integration efforts. The right candidate will oversee the entire integration process, ensuring the strategic objectives of mergers and acquisitions are met. This role requires exceptional project management and change management expertise, along with a deep understanding of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define priorities and drive the integration strategy.
- Project Management:
- Manage integration projects from start to finish, ensuring key milestones are met within scope, time, and budget.
- Track and report on progress, adapting plans as necessary to ensure success.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with departments including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless integration across all areas.
- Act as the primary liaison between the acquiring and acquired entities to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Financial/Accounting Management:
- Oversee the integration of financial systems and reporting processes.
- Manage customer and vendor change communications, implementing new policies and procedures.
- Post-Integration Review:
- Conduct evaluations post-integration to assess overall success and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Capture and document lessons learned for future acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, M&A integration, or related roles.
- Proven ability to lead complex integration projects successfully.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
