Job Title: Home Care Aid
Reports To: Supervisor

Working Location: Marysville, WA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7/8am-1pm
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour

We are currently looking for an In-Home Care Aid (HCA) to support one of our clients in Marysville, WA. This candidate is required to have their own vehicle to support with client needs and ideally this person would enjoy supporting with meal planning and preparation. Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Provide Companionship through Activities
• Provide Transportation Support  
• Assist with the Activities of Daily Living
• Provide Meal Plan/Prep Support
• Monitor Client for Change in Condition
• Provide Support with Medication
• Support with Housekeeping

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Both written and spoken English language proficiency required
• High School Diploma / Equivalent required
• A valid Washington State Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, up-to-date auto insurance, and must be willing to transport clients
• Home Care Aide License (HCA) OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (within 120 days of employment, training can be provided for HCA)
• First Aid/CPR Certified (within 120 days of employment, training can be provided)
• Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19 (or have an approved exemption)

If you are unfamiliar with the job title of Home Care Aid (HCA): Similar job titles are Caregiver, Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Home Health Aid (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Direct Care Provider.
